The various software offerings are great. I can assign what I think is most relevant for my students. 2. The stucture of the lessons. I appreicate how each topic is broken down into managable lessons that keep student's attention. 3. That students can earn certificates that they can put on their resume and on linked-in so employers know they have had exposure to these software tools. 4. That students get access for a full 12 months giving them an opportunity to explore other tools outside of what is assigned. **What do you dislike about Kubicle?** 1. I wish I had more administrative control over due dates of each lesson (instead of Kubicle breaking is down based on due date of semester). 2. I wish I could change the time zone for due dates. I know this isn't a big deal when working through labs as a professional but it makes a difference in academics. 3. I wish students could get access up registration instead of paying and then waiting for access to be granted. **What problems is Kubicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employers are wanting entry-level candidates to have certain software skills and there is only so much I can teach them on my own. To really have students prepared, Kubicle allows me to assign Excel, Power BI, Tablaeu, and other relevant lessons so students at least have some exposure before they do an internship or accept a full-time job. And while I'm continuing to learn these products myself, Kubicle allows students the ability to learn these tools more effectively than if I were to attempt to teach them in a similar, comprehensive way. ### 5. Kubicle also provides a reminder function and reporting/data dashboard which ease us with the administrative role. **What do you dislike about Kubicle?** None noted, so far so good. Will be even better if there's a SSO feature but that's not really urgent. **What problems is Kubicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kubicle provides the learning platform for our internal Digital Accelerators program. As the provider, Kubicle pretty much provides all of the services to us. We only need to inform our learners how to access the Kubicle and even this is quite easy and straightforward, no need for hassle when logging in etc. ### 30. They are organised in a manageable format which makes it easy for learners to schedule time in order to stay consistent in completing training.
