Excellent tracking tools as well as supporting admins from their side to make sure that we keep on track of our 400 trainers. Generally very supportive and responsive. In fact, they are usually the ones to initiate follow up meetings to help us encourage our staff to train. Finally, they do a great job of "chassing up" our staff on a regular basis to help them reprioritize the training **What do you dislike about Kubicle?** At the start of our license Kubicle was mainly focused on xls and financial modeling. But this got a lot better and there are a wider range of courses now to support more advanced analytical and visualization tools as well as an introduction to statistics, Python etc. **What problems is Kubicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting staff to train on difficult subjects is the main problem we solve with Kubicle. We now have staff that we know can be relied upon to have some minimum standard competency in analysis and in financial matters. From the feedback I've gathered, i can also say it's very user-friendly, and the bite-sized chunks of information make it more palpable than your typical software training. The depth is also appreciated...our team likes being able to learn about new tools, even if they're not core to their current responsibilities. **What do you dislike about Kubicle?** Not much. Any admin limitations have been addressed in the 3 years we've been on the platform. The ability to add custom content would be great (without having to formally engage with Kubicle), but not a major hurdle. It is more just about how quickly some of the versions of the supported software change and thereby creating minor differences in the pieces of training. Kubicle does indicate the specific software versions, and in some cases, has produced training materials for multiple versions.
