The Kubicle support team as experts in developing the curriculum to meet your institutional outcomes. The curriculum can be offered from highly structured or loosely packaged to allow for more flexible uptake by your team. Further, the curriculum in our context, was partitioned across the different levels of staff, from basic to intermediate to advanced, but the team were allowed to progress beyond their allocated levels, once they completed their curriculum. c) Content driven, with new modules being added as they are developed. The library team benefited from all modules that in the kubicle repository. d) Advanced in monitoring of team participation through its easy to use dashboards. Instructors or those responsible for staff development will be able to easily monitor the levels of participation and proactively act or provide support to team members who are falling behind schedule. e) Finally, Kubicle is contantly growing. The Kubicle team take user feedback seriously, and factor these into their development.
