Onboarding and training are not required for beginners. Customer support is very helpful. They reply almost immediately when you encounter issues and accept custom requests if needed. Users can create unlimited teams, modules, defects, test cases, and test scenarios that most tools can not. Price is cheaper compared to other test management tools. Admins can easily manage their registered users as well to project and defect assignments. They can easily remove and give the deactivated account back their previous access. Customization is made easy, and the testing tasks are easy to manage from test case creation, execution, and assignments. **What do you dislike about Kualitee?** Customization of the current Kualitee process and standard is an issue. - Users can't design a custom workflow for the defect management tool. - Also, roles are by default assigned to particular functionalities and can't be customized. - The default statuses can't be manually updated. We had to request customization in order to follow our company standards. - The charts in the dashboard can't be customized as well - the data that should be shown. color, text, and etc. Users can't hide the charts that they don't really need The user interface can still be improved such as the reports, lists, and dashboard. Downloading reports and filtering lists take time to load or export. It's easier to file the defects manually than to upload a batch in CSV file. Users have to have knowledge of HTML language in order to manually fix the layout before they can upload them.
