This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a VOIP provider. While their tech support team was responsive and helpful, that’s where the positives end. Hidden fees everywhere — charges popped up that were never clearly explained. Ridiculous verification process — I had to re-verify my calls and messages every two weeks, which is insane for a business trying to function. Couldn’t delete messages in bulk — had to go one-by-one. It’s 2025… really? Call quality was poor — frequent drops, delays, and static. Porting my number took 3 days — no heads-up, no warning, no way to receive calls or texts during that time. I lost business over it. Zero onboarding transparency — no clear timelines, no proper walkthrough, just a mess of assumptions. Uploaded my contact list and it didn’t even work — followed all instructions, reached out for help, and still nothing. The entire experience felt like a bait-and-switch wrapped in a UI that looks decent but doesn’t actually function properly. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation — look elsewhere.
