I liked that it was consistent with a normal phone application. Being able to see contacts in chronological order helped with keeping track of outreach and the ability to add contact notes helped with keeping track of conversations. Due to the volume of calls per week I made, it took too long for me to manually add contact information for each and every prospect. Works well as a dialer, but not well enough for my needs. KrispCall was used for work purposes - it helped keep work separate from my personal phone, it was easily accessible on my work laptop, allowed me to make cold calls to prospects and keep track of conversations and outreach dates.
