"Noise-Eliminating and User-Friendly, But Pricey"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I like that Krisp automatically works without needing much setup, making it easy to configure and saving me time before my classes start. Its noise elimination feature ensures that my students don't hear any background noise, which is essential since I live with five other people. I find the app's ability to record my classes incredibly beneficial, as it allows me to listen to the audio again when providing feedback to my students and make notes. I also appreciate that I'm given ample storage for recordings and the availability of transcripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I feel like the pricing could be a bit more affordable. The $16 price seems steep for me as a teacher. Also, sometimes it seems like there are unnecessary features being added, like the accent clearing feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Setup and Comprehensive Meeting Capture"
4/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I like using Krisp for tracking meetings and making accurate recordings, as it provides a personal record of what's been said and what I've committed to. It's a really useful tool because it automatically starts and integrates meetings into a calendar, which is quite handy. The setup was incredibly smooth and easy, with no problems whatsoever, making it easy to understand how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I do think it's sometimes difficult to find a meeting that is being recorded. That's because the descriptions only give you kinda, like, date and time which means cross referencing with my calendar, which is a bit of a fad. I feel like it takes a lot of storage space. "Essential Noise-Canceling Tool with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I find Krisp very easy to navigate, and it effectively reduces background noise to basically zero. I like that it makes me sound more professional when speaking to clients, which is important for my work at a law firm. The setup was easy, intuitive, and it provides instructions for correctly assigning the microphone. It's one of the best and easiest noise-canceling software or apps I have used, especially on a desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I don't like that it keeps popping up whenever a call ends. There is a setting to make it manual, which is good, but that's so far the only thing that annoys me. I would like to have it available for a phone or a mobile app, where it would reduce the background noise on mobile phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, Accurate Human Transcription with Easy Onboarding and Claude MCP Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

The transcription by a person is extremely useful, and the pricing is great. Claude MCP is extremely useful for integrating into my workflows, and the recent Krisp AI chat is much needed. It was quick to get started with easy onboarding. There is sometimes a performance issue with generating notes where I need to restart Krisp and I would love it to inform me if I have the wrong microphone or speaker setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Review: Sometimes the Generating AI Notes feature doesn't work and I have to restart the app. I wish it would tell me when I have the wrong microphone or speaker connection. Creating AI note templates and editing them should be more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Work Calls, Yet Awkward Start"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I like that Krisp records my conversations so I can listen to them later, which helps with transcribing my notes that I can then paste into my CRM. This feature is useful for the fun calls I do every day. With Krisp, I no longer have to remember every piece of information from phone calls, and I love that I can get a transcript of important bullet points to add to my CRM. The initial setup was pretty easy, almost like plug and play. I always recommend Krisp for its background cancellation, especially since I have a kid and pets at home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

When I'm starting a phone call, it takes about one to two seconds to launch. So if I start speaking as soon as I pick up the phone, people won't hear me. And those two seconds of silence are awkward because sometimes the people on the other line will be saying, hello. Are you there? Because they cannot hear me at all. "Best-in-Class Noise Cancellation and a Fantastic Claude MCP Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

The noise cancellation is by far the best I’ve used. It removes distractions that I would normally expect to be impossible to filter out, including construction and renovation noise from neighboring apartments. On top of that, the Claude MCP integration is fantastic. I automatically pull all my meetings into Claude and organize them into folders, which has significantly streamlined my note-taking and knowledge management workflow. Krisp saves me time every single day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

While I’m very happy with Krisp overall, there are a few areas that could be improved.

The Claude MCP integration is extremely useful, but it can be quite slow to connect and sync meeting transcripts. Sometimes it takes much longer than expected before meetings become available in my workflow.

I also occasionally experience issues with transcription processing, where audio-to-text conversion gets stuck or takes a long time to complete. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it can disrupt my workflow.

These issues are relatively minor compared to the value Krisp provides, but improving reliability and processing speed would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crystal Clear Calls with Krisp"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I had a long-time problem of echoey calls and background noise, which only got solved when I subscribed to Krisp. I appreciate the clarity during meetings, which is thanks to Krisp even after upgrading my headset. People I talk to can hear me well, and I can hear them well too. I find the audio recording feature useful for meeting notes. Although I don't use it often, the ability to record video during meetings is a nice feature to have. The meeting notes feature is definitely something I like. Additionally, the initial setup of Krisp was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I think the heaviness of the app - but I know that eventually I will have to upgrade my PC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Noise Cancellation that Perfectly Fits Home Office Needs"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I work from home and having a little kid can be noisy, so I love how Krisp cancels all that background noise. I also appreciate the noise cancellation, transcripts, and recordings features, which are really helpful. Sometimes I don’t get the whole idea during the call, so reviewing the call later with transcripts is incredibly valuable. The initial setup was super easy, as it just involved downloading the app and following the instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Sometimes it closes itself out of the blue and I still don’t understand why. I would like it to stop closing unexpectedly, or if there's an error, to show some type of notification so I'm aware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crystal Clear Audio and Effortless Call Summaries"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I love how Krisp makes my audio clear, even when using different devices. It effectively removes background noise, which is amazing for my work calls. I also appreciate the AI summarizer feature, which captures the audio between speakers and summarizes the whole conversation, making it very convenient. The initial setup was super easy, just download and log in, no hassle at all. I use Krisp for meetings on Google Meet, which is really helpful because it takes down notes for me, and I don't have to keep the minutes. Overall, Krisp works well across different platforms I use, like Discord, and I've found it to be really effective in making communications clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Krisp is not detectable on WhatsApp and MacBook. I have a MacBook M1, and I escalated this issue to Krisp, but they said it's on WhatsApp's end. I sent a ticket to both, but I hope this gets sorted out because I really need Krisp on everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crystal-Clear Calls and Time-Saving AI Notes with Krisp"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

What I like best about Krisp is its noise cancellation feature. It helps eliminate background distractions, making meetings and calls much clearer and more professional. The AI-powered transcription and meeting notes also save time by helping me stay focused on the conversation instead of taking notes manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

While Krisp is very useful, I sometimes experience minor issues with transcription accuracy, especially when speakers talk quickly or have strong accents. It can also affect system performance on older devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
