"Easy Meeting Capture Without Joining—Simple Recording Switch & Fast Search"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I really like that it doesn’t need to join meetings, since it can be difficult to take notes when AI notetakers aren’t permitted. I also appreciate how easy it is to switch from voice recording to video recording, and how simple it is to find any of the meetings afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I think the Spanish transcript isn’t that good for some meetings. I work in both Spanish and English, and in Spanish it sometimes doesn’t capture the correct words and ends up adding some gibberish symbols instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Krisp’s Industry-Leading Ultimate AI-Powered Productivity Suite"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

What stands out most about Krisp is its industry-leading, bi-directional AI noise cancellation that runs locally on your device. Users consistently praise how well it isolates the human voice from distracting environments, helping conversations stay clear without requiring expensive hardware upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

It’s a heavy resource hog. Running the AI locally drains my laptop battery quickly and sometimes makes the fan spin up loudly. The premium price can also feel a bit steep, especially if you aren’t in meetings all day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Krisp: Effortless background meeting recorder with fast, reliable notes"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

Krisp just lives in the background of my computer and I don't need to think about it. It records my meetings and takes notes, when I need to reference something, I'm about to find it pretty quickly. It's been a wonderful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I think most of my dislikes are things that I can change in the settings, I just haven't taken the time to do so. I don't need it to automatically pop open for notes during a meeting, or show me the report out after the meeting. Those sometimes get annoying when I'm in a flow. "We used Krisp for a while and unfortunately won’t be using it again"

What do you like best about Krisp?

nothing special about the tool being honest Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

We used Krisp for a while and unfortunately won’t be using it again.

The software itself is often surprisingly buggy. The desktop app crashes regularly, especially when using the AI chat to ask questions about previous meetings. For a tool that’s supposed to improve productivity, that’s pretty frustrating.

What ultimately made us leave, though, was the customer service. We accidentally ended up with two paid accounts for the same company and were charged twice because their system doesn’t detect duplicate subscriptions within the same organization. Most SaaS companies would simply merge the accounts or issue a refund in a situation like this.

Instead, support refused to help and just pointed to their policy. It’s not even about the €200—we can afford that. It’s about how customers are treated when an honest mistake happens. A little flexibility would have gone a long way.

Very disappointing experience overall. There are plenty of alternatives with better customer support, and we’ll make sure never to use Krisp again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hands-Free Note-Taking: Just Talk and It Captures Everything"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

Voice cancellation and note-taking: I don't have to type anything — all I have to do is have conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Honestly, since the new update they made, it takes me a little longer now to get notes, and the AI isn't as fast for me personally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Noise Cancellation and AI-Driven Notes"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I use Krisp for noise cancellation and background sounds, and it's really good during meetings. It's convenient because I don't need to be in a soundproof room or have any special setup; I just open Krisp and it does all the work. I also really like the meeting recap and note-taking features, which are helpful since I usually have 5 or 6 meetings a day. The notes can be used with the AI feature, allowing me to ask for a summary or highlights of things I might not remember during the call. Plus, setting up Krisp was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Sometimes it glitches but just a little bit but I think it's more related to the device, not the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Krisp Is a Game-Changer for Silent, Accurate Meeting Notes and AI Summaries"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I use Krisp for all of my meetings, and it has been a game changer. The best part is how non intrusive it is, it operates silently in the background without needing an awkward AI bot sitting in as an attendee . It accurately captures transcripts, even for my meetings with our Philippine team where Tagalog is spoken, and still manages to generate perfect summaries and action items . Highly recommend! Sometimes my Mac becomes a bit laggy, so I need to restart my Mac. It's a small inconvenience I'm wiling to take for the Note Taking capabilities and AI summaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Work-From-Home Gem: Powerful Noise Cancellation and Automatic Notes"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

Krisp is amazing for anyone who works from home and has video or audio calls. It not only cancels out background noise, but it also takes notes for you. There’s so much Krisp can do that I haven’t even used all of its features yet, but the main ones for me are the two I mentioned above. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

To be honest, there’s nothing I dislike about Krisp. As long as you have the right tech for it, it’s a gem and a real lifesaver to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crystal-Clear Calls, Simple and Efficient"
3/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I use Krisp for noise cancellation, and it doesn't let any little single noise go through my calls. It doesn't let background noise decrease the quality of my calls. It's simple and efficient. I also like the meeting reminders. I always tend to forget my meetings, but Krisp always shows me my upcoming meetings. The initial setup was very easy, and I like that. "Crystal-Clear Calls and Gaming Audio Across Zoom, Meet, Slack, and Discord"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

It strips out background noise on calls without making my voice sound robotic or muffled. I work from home with a decent amount of ambient noise (dogs, construction, you name it) and it filters all that out in real time.

I also use it for gaming, not just work calls. Same deal there, it kills the keyboard clacks and random background noise so my teammates aren't hearing my entire life while we're mid-match.

It works across whatever app I'm using too. Zoom, Google Meet, Slack huddles, Discord. It's not tied to one platform, so I don't have to think about it, it just runs in the background.

Echo cancellation is solid too, which matters more than people expect when you're on a laptop mic instead of a headset. And it goes both ways. It cleans up my noise and filters out noise from other people on the call, which is genuinely useful when someone's got a dog barking or a leaf blower going in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Honestly the biggest downside for me is that it sometimes overlaps with Discord's built-in Krisp integration. When both are running, I get over noise cancellation and it starts chewing into my actual voice, making me sound clipped or a little robotic instead of just cutting background noise.

It's also something you have to remember to manage. If I forget one is on and turn on the other, I don't always notice right away that my audio's gotten weird until someone points it out.

Beyond that it's mostly minor stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Glad Krisp pulls double duty across your work calls and gaming. For the overlap with Discord's built-in noise suppression, the fix is simple: in Discord go to Settings, then Voice, and turn Noise Suppression off, then keep using the Krisp microphone and speaker for noise cancellation. That stops the two layers from fighting each other and clipping your voice. If anything still sounds off after that, we are at support@krisp.ai.
