"Meeting Recording, Noise Removal, and Audio Storage That Fit My Workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I really like the meeting recording feature, as having a history of my calls is very useful for my workflow. Even though some of the other AI functionalities still feel a bit unpolished and the interface can be a little confusing at times, the core ability to capture and keep my meetings recorded is what I value the most right now.

The core functionality of noise removal and audio storage works well and does the job. However, considering the price, the ROI is starting to push the limits of being good value for money. The AI features aren't adding much value for me, and there are other tools on the market that handle those specific functions better. I haven't needed to use customer support yet, and the onboarding experience was just okay. It's a solid tool for audio, but the current pricing is becoming hard to justify given the competition.

The core noise removal and audio storage work fine, but the AI features lack relevant intelligence for daily use. Instead of interacting with the AI inside a specific recording screen to ask about that single meeting, it would be much more useful to have a high-level overview. I need to know which meetings discussed a specific topic or ask the AI directly about pending actions across the board, rather than checking checklists or visiting conversations one by one. Additionally, the option to rename meeting titles based on content is too primitive today and needs to be automated. Right now, the AI doesn't offer the practical support it should. "Excellent Voice Isolation and Easy Setup for Meetings and Gaming"
4/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I think the voice isolation is very good. It's beyond any default voice isolation like Zoom, and it cuts out my fan noises which used to be so loud that people weren't able to hear my voice.

In addition to meetings, the UI made it really easy and intuitive to connect to games like Valorant, allowing me to give clear voice comms. It integrated well with both my built in as well as dedicated microphones.

Setting up was easy, and the pricing was fine.

I didn't use the AI features since I didn't see any. However, if the AI feature was the voice isolation itself, it did well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The UI popping up every time I started my computer was slightly annoying. Also, it was kind of a clutter when selecting mics in my menus for Zoom and games since my original, non filtered mic was still being detected.

Also, I sometimes sounded like a robot due to the amount of noise reduction Krisp was doing (i had loud background noises though). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Performance and Intuitive UI, But Pricing and Transcription Accuracy Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

It has really strong performance overall. I like how it integrates with the call software automatically, without prompting me to set it up each time. I also appreciate the automatic start and the fact that I don’t need to give specific instructions every time I use it. On top of that, the interface is great and feels very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

For me, the main issue is the pricing. They used to offer a great free tier, but it’s no longer available, and it felt like a really good deal even if you only got an hour out of it. The AI transcription rarely got everything exactly right, but I think it’s fair to say that would be difficult for any system to do consistently. I also never needed support, so I can’t really speak to that side of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Thank you for the detailed review. On transcription, you are generous in pointing out how hard perfect accuracy is, and it is an area we keep working to improve. If you would like, reach out to us at support@krisp.ai and we can check whether there is a plan that fits you better.

"Krisp Keeps Calls Clear with Recordings, Notes, and Excellent Noise Cancellation"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I really like that I can access recordings if I forgot the details of a call, that happens often. People talk fast, and I take many calls a day. With Krisp, I don't have to call people back to ask them to repeat details.

I like that it takes meeting notes for me; I used to have to do it myself, but it was difficult to pay attention, answer questions, and also take notes.

It's really good at removing all noise from the background; sometimes my 4 dogs all bark in the background right next to me, and clients don't hear a thing. And the dark mode is amazing! I don't strain my eyes while using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I don't like that the Krisp window has to open when I turn on my device in order to turn on in the background and that it has to stay open until it finishes loading; this is a minor thing, really. I just don't like having to close it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Must-Have Noise Cancellation and Searchable Transcripts for Remote Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

Krisp is an absolute must-have for anyone who works remotely, especially parents!

I have a tiny human who can be screaming at the top of her lungs in the next room with the nanny, fully committed to a toddler tantrum, and no one on my calls can hear her. There have even been times when she was sitting right next to me during a meeting, and my team still could not hear her. We have tested it!

The noise cancellation is truly amazing and has made working from home so much easier and more professional. I also love having meeting transcripts available afterward and being able to search for specific keywords instead of digging through an entire recording.

Between the noise reduction and searchable meeting transcripts, Krisp has become one of my favorite remote-work tools. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Would like it to integrate with more software, like MyCase and slack for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crystal Clear Calls with Stellar Noise Cancellation"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I really appreciate Krisp's noise cancellation which provides crystal clear communication by canceling all the audio background noise. This feature allows me to focus solely on the conversation with my customers without worrying about distractions or missing parts of the conversation. I also like the note taker for important meetings and the ability to connect and work across multiple apps simultaneously. Also, Krisp is a low power consumer, which I find very appealing, and the initial setup was simple as long as the correct audio input settings are chosen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The app can be more simplified and more streamlined, there's too much clutter and submenus. At the moment, everything is all in the same part and it doesn't help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Krisp’s Noise Cancellation Is a Game-Changer for Remote Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

As a remote freelancer, Krisp's noise cancellation/reduction is a total game changer for me. I always use it during meetings, voice recording sessions, and anything that requires me to use my mic. Not only that, but it also transcribes for me if there's something that I missed about the meeting or some pointers that I wanna get back on. Overall, It's such an amazing tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Overall, there's nothing much I dislike about Krisp. Perhaps only the part that the audio transcription often gets the words wrong, but that's understandable, especially if you're using a different language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Noise Cancellation"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I like using Krisp because it effectively cancels out noise from my coworkers, which is really important since I work in a noisy hub with many teachers. When I use Krisp Pro, I don't hear any background noise, and neither do my students, which is exactly what I need it to do. Plus, Krisp consistently delivers on this functionality. Setting it up was quite easy; I just had to download it and pay for the subscription. It's a tool that I regularly use with Zoom, Google Meet, and other video conferencing platforms for client meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

some of my headsets do not function well with Krisp, affecting the quality of the voice and recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective, Clear Status Indicators and Easy Device Switching"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I like how effective the product is, and that you can always tell whether the tool is working or not. It’s also easy to switch to another device, like a headset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Krisp isn’t really available for Android in the way I need it for phone calls or WhatsApp calls. It says it’s available on Android, but it doesn’t have the same features as the computer version.

A few times, a patient has mentioned that my laugh doesn’t sound natural, like it gets cut off, and sometimes it even sounds robotic.

Also, the colour indicator used to be green or red depending on whether it was working, and now it’s purple. That change isn’t great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad Krisp helps keep your voice clear and professional during patient conversations, even with the occasional car or dog in the background. You raised a few fair points. The Android version does not yet match the desktop features, and that is something the team is working on. The laugh sounding cut off or robotic is not how it should come across, and we would really like to look into that with you. As for the indicator color, that feedback is noted and passed along. Please reach out to us at support@krisp.ai so we can dig into the audio issue for you.

"Noise Cancelling allows me to Interprete seamlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

What I like best is the noice cancelling, that is lifeblood for the job I perform. Sometimes I also use the recording feature for reviewing my performance: interpreting. So I use it to reflect upon my craft, note mistakes and keep a portfolio of more adequate versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I dislike that it SO heavy on simpler machines, such as my 2018 macbook air. It makes it boiling hot when it´s running, I wish there was a LITE version, just like uber does. I don´t need all these gadgets... it´s really annoying and I have lost the chance to pickup SEVERAL calls because of Krisp, causing a lost in my revenue. Also, there is simply not an EASY way to deactivate the default recording option. I even opened tickets about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
