"Simple, Affordable Noise Cancellation That Mostly Works"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I like that it's a simple program to use. It doesn't really have a lot of things I need to do to activate the noise canceling. It's a simple program to use, and it's not really that expensive either. I had a situation with my job, and my job requires me to have no background noise at all. On my first day of the job, I found out about Krisp and activated the program, and it has really helped me. I enjoy the simplicity of the program, and it runs well for the most part. I'm really grateful for about the pricing. I use it with Microsoft Teams for meetings. The initial setup was very easy. I didn't really have to do a lot, and I didn't have to go through a lot of issues installing Krisp. It's a really easy process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

{"Sometimes Krisp works, but other times I can hear the background noise which shouldn't be audible.","If I am paying per month for a program, I expect the problem to work 100% of the times. Sometimes it doesn't, and I don't know why.","When I use it with Microsoft Teams for meetings, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crystal-Clear Calls: Powerful Noise Cancellation with Auto-Recording and Transcripts"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I work from home, and my office is right next to a bathroom, so I didn't want clients to hear any everyday household sounds. That's what led me to look for noise-cancelling software, and I found Krisp. It works incredibly well, even clapping my hands is completely filtered out. When my husband came home and saw me clapping in my office, he thought I'd lost my mind. I was just testing it.

The second thing that's helped me a lot is that Krisp automatically records and transcribes all my meetings and VoIP calls. Not a single word goes unregistered, which makes it so easy to look back for information or pull details into a CRM, email, and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

With all the AI tools available these days, it took some trial and error to figure out the right sound settings so they wouldn't conflict with each other and Krisp could record and transcribe everything properly. I learned this the hard way: because I wasn't taking notes while Krisp was using the wrong settings, nothing got transcribed. It's all under control now, though. One other thing is that if background noise gets too loud, my own voice can sometimes get partly filtered out too, which makes sense, of course, but is still worth mentioning. "Exceptional noise cancellation, easy installation — occasional microphone conflicts"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I use Krisp for my online French classes and it helps me eliminate all the little background noises at my place. It ensures that I can teach my students without any distractions concerning my environment. What I like the most is that Krisp reduces the surrounding noises without altering the quality of my voice. The initial installation was also very simple and very quick, I had no particular problems, everything was smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Sometimes there are conflicts between the different microphone options and the quality of my calls can vary depending on whether I choose the Krisp microphone or my computer's microphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformed My Workflow: Krisp — Quiet Calls, Easy Setup, Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

It's simple to use and set up, just let it open on startup select microphone and that is it, no fiddling for my use case and there are options for accent conversion which I could use if I so desire at any moment

I just leave it on all the time since it barely impacts my system's performance if at all, there's some occcasions where some low volume noises come through but really I cantrust that the other party on my calls won't be bothered at all by whatever noise happens on my side

So far it's been amazing price wise, absolutely worth the annual subscription and I will absolutely return if offered the same price

On integrations, my line of work does not really make use of them so I have not had the opportunity to try them out, likewise I have not had any need of support or training because it is just that easy to understand and no issues so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Really, only a small issue with some low volume sounds, like some mouth sounds or phone noises that don't get caught before the Krisp microphone adapts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Memory Just Got a Massive Upgrade"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

As someone who jumps between Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet every day, keeping track of action items used to be a nightmare, but Krisp has become my non-negotiable companion.

The transcription feature is the standout. It doesn’t just capture words; it reliably differentiates between speakers and filters out background noise so effectively that transcripts are clean and readable as soon as the meeting ends. I no longer have to scramble to take notes while trying to lead a discussion — I simply hit "Record," and Krisp handles the rest, making follow-ups and accountability much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The biggest drawback for me is the inability to use Krisp on more than one computer at a time. I juggle three different machines depending on where I'm working, and having to constantly log out and back in is a workflow killer. For a tool that prides itself on being an 'AI companion,' it feels locked down. If I could pay a little extra for a 3-device plan, I would do it in a heartbeat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lifesaver for Interpreters & ESL Teachers — Professional, Crystal-Clear Audio"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

As an interpreter and ESL teacher, Krisp is a lifesaver. It removes background noise completely, allowing my students and clients to focus on my voice rather than distractions. I appreciate how it keeps my audio clear even when I’m working from home or in busy environments. It makes every class and interpretation session sound professional and calm — exactly what I need to communicate clearly and confidently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I use the paid plan, and overall it’s excellent. The noise cancellation is top-tier and consistently reliable for my interpreting and teaching work. The only minor drawback is that, in very loud background noise, voices can sometimes sound slightly compressed. That happens rarely, and Krisp still outperforms any other tool I’ve tried. Overall, it’s a solid investment for clear, dependable communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Clinicians Needing Noise Cancellation and Transcription"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I love that Krisp can integrate into Zoom, which really helps with the transcript. I particularly like the noise cancellation feature. It's great for cutting out all the crazy background noise, like my dog barking or my son making loud noises, which ensures privacy during my dietitian meetings. It's very helpful since I work from home, and outside distractions are inevitable. The transcription feature is also helpful because AI assists in writing summary messages to patients and clinical documentation. The initial setup of Krisp was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

There's a chat box that sometimes I don't find very helpful. It'll be taking transcript from other meetings that I'm not working on. But, honestly, it's easily solved with categorizing and making my own kind of default templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Krisp Delivers Crystal-Clear Calls by Eliminating Background Noise"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

The most helpful thing about Krisp is its ability to eliminate background noise without affecting my voice too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The main downside for me is the subscription price. While I believe Krisp is worth it because it significantly improves my online classes, the monthly fee can be a bit expensive, especially for freelancers and online teachers. I would appreciate more affordable pricing or loyalty discounts for long-term subscribers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Thank you for the thoughtful review. Teaching from home with three kids is no small feat, and we are glad Krisp helps keep the household out of your lessons while the transcripts let you go back over what your students said. On the cost, your point about freelancers and online teachers is one we take seriously, and it is good for us to hear it directly. Reach out to us at support@krisp.ai and we can check whether a different plan would work better for you.

"Effortless Noise Cancellation, Perfect for Meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I use Krisp to block noise in my background, which helps me hear my clients clearly. It's great at eliminating background noise, and that's a really great feature. The transcription feature helps me remember my daily tasks and keep detailed notes. The AI is very efficient, and I like that it's easy to use and very easy to set up. The noise cancellation feature is something I really like the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The only thing that I wish for Krisp is there's some way to just use it everywhere and anywhere because if the administrator blocks you from installing Krisp, then you can't use the noise canceling feature. I wish there was a way that if you have it on your base, it still works on the virtual system. Or if you could probably do an extension that could block the noise. "Outstanding Noise Cancelling and Note Taking Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

As someone who spends a lot of time in meetings, noise cancelling is what I like the most, but the AI note taking assistant is equally valuable when it was launched, as I am a PM/Coordinator so i need to align business with technical teams, finance etc. The interface helps me as we just happen to use ''key points'' and ''action items'' and I use the slack integration to send notes automatically to my team's channels after we are done with the call. Pricing is a bit expensive but my company helps with half of the yearly subscription. I was onboarded a long time ago so I cannot tell what the current OB experience is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Sometimes the sessions are not properly recorded. I have resorted to let the bot join every session as that is the most reliable way. But other than letting the bot in, the natural recording and note taking works 3 out of 10 times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
