"Crystal Clear Audio and Effortless Call Summaries"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I love how Krisp makes my audio clear, even when using different devices. It effectively removes background noise, which is amazing for my work calls. I also appreciate the AI summarizer feature, which captures the audio between speakers and summarizes the whole conversation, making it very convenient. The initial setup was super easy, just download and log in, no hassle at all. I use Krisp for meetings on Google Meet, which is really helpful because it takes down notes for me, and I don't have to keep the minutes. Overall, Krisp works well across different platforms I use, like Discord, and I've found it to be really effective in making communications clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Krisp is not detectable on WhatsApp and MacBook. I have a MacBook M1, and I escalated this issue to Krisp, but they said it's on WhatsApp's end. I sent a ticket to both, but I hope this gets sorted out because I really need Krisp on everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crystal-Clear Calls and Time-Saving AI Notes with Krisp"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

What I like best about Krisp is its noise cancellation feature. It helps eliminate background distractions, making meetings and calls much clearer and more professional. The AI-powered transcription and meeting notes also save time by helping me stay focused on the conversation instead of taking notes manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

While Krisp is very useful, I sometimes experience minor issues with transcription accuracy, especially when speakers talk quickly or have strong accents. It can also affect system performance on older devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Clarity, Ideal for Team Meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I use Krisp for team meetings and recording to make sure there's no background noise. I like how Krisp can change the tone of voice and pronunciation, which is really helpful when talking to Americans as an overseas worker. It enhances my accent and makes communication clearer. It also helps with taking notes during meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Sometimes it doesn't adapt my mic when I'm not using a USB device. I can say the setup is medium because you really have to be a little tech or I need to assist them to set it up. It would be helpful if Krisp could create a short video on how to set up or connect the correct device to make sure the noise canceling is correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Thank you for the review, and we are glad the Accent feature helps your conversations come through clearer. For the mic not adapting with non-USB devices and any help with setup, please reach out to us at support@krisp.ai and our team can walk you through getting the right device connected.

"Crystal-Clear Calls and Handy Live Captions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I use Krisp for noise cancelling in my meetings and for note taking. What I like most is the noise cancelling. I also use the transcripts to generate key takeaways so I can organize my todo list. It's good for live closed captions too. The live cc helps me a lot because I'm multitasking every day and might get distracted from the conversation, but by looking at the live cc I can answer what was asked of me even if I wasn't paying attention. The initial setup was easy enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crystal Clear Calls with Effortless Noise Cancellation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I love Krisp for its excellent AI-powered tool that completely ignores background noises, making my Zoom or Teams calls crystal clear. The best thing about Krisp for me is its flawless, instant noise cancellation that blocks heavy background chaos without ruining my voice. Its bot-free automated meeting summaries are also a massive time saver. I actively pair Krisp with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet for clear audio, and it was incredibly easy to set up, taking less than two minutes to install and select inside Zoom. I would highly recommend Krisp to all my friends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Krisp drains your laptop battery and CPU quickly which can slow down older computers during long video calls and its premium plan is expensive for casual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Thanks for recommending us to your friends, that means a lot. On the CPU and battery use on older machines, and pricing for lighter users, both are fair points we are taking note of. If the performance side is affecting your calls, write to us at support@krisp.ai and we can look at what might help on your setup.

"Krisp’s Best-in-Class Noise Cancellation with an Easy UI and Precise AI Note Taker"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

Krisp has the absolute BEST background noise cancellation above every other option.

Background Voice Cancellation is even better than any other service, especially if you factor in the price.

When using Krisp nearly every application or program recognizes it as a mic and I have yet to find one that doesn't work with Krisp.

Krisp's user interface is very simple and navigating between pages is easy to understand.

One of my main uses was Zoom integration.

I only every had one problem that I couldn't resolve, and reached out to Krisp support, and was quickly resolved within 12 hours.

Lastly, Krisp's AI Note Taker is extremely precise, and miles easier to use and integrate into my normal workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The only downside to Krisp, which was not noticeable to most people, is the miniscule delay that is added between my normal microphone and the Krisp software outputting the corrected audio, the delay is very small and could be between a couple milliseconds to 20 milliseconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Thank you for such a glowing and detailed review. We are thrilled Krisp earns top marks from you on noise cancellation, voice cancellation, and the AI Note Taker, and that our support team came through when you needed them. As for the small delay you mentioned, keeping latency as low as possible is something our team pays close attention to. If you ever run into specific cases or have suggestions, we would love for you to share them with us at support@krisp.ai. We are glad Krisp has become a steady part of your remote workspace.

"Krisp Makes Any Mic Sound Professional with Intuitive Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

What I love about Krisp is that I can turn any microphone into a business class workhorse. Sometimes, I forget my professional microphone at home. Krisp has me covered and I can use my built-in headphone microphone due to the amazing noise cancellation. It's very resource friendly even on the highest setting! The options are very intuitive, and it is easy to get set up with Krisp. It works and integrates into every single work application I have had to use it in, and the AI transcription is very accurate if I choose to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

There is nothing I dislike about Krisp at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Krisp: Essential for Clear Communication on Calls"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I like Krisp because it ensures that noise will not get in the way of communications, allowing me to sound more professional during online meetings. It's very valuable because I can work in any place, whether it's a coffee shop or at home with kids playing or a dog barking, and it doesn't bother me at all. The initial setup was super easy; I just had to install it and define the device, microphone, and speaker, and I was good to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The recording and transcription can be improved. Sometimes, I'm confident that I have a transcription of the meeting, but the transcription didn't go through and it's lost. That's something I really don't like about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Noise-Canceling That Keeps Tutoring Sessions Clear"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

What I really like most about Krisp is the noise-canceling feature. I have some dogs and my dog barks every now and then, so it reduces the background noise and keeps the barking from being heard on the other line during my tutoring sessions. The initial setup was very easy. I've been using Krisp for more than three or four years now, with Zoom, KakaoTalk, and Google Meet. I've also referred it to my ex colleagues as a recorder and noise canceling software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I think the summary of the transcript can take a long time to generate if it's an hour-long call, but everything is actually fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Versatility and Efficient Noise Reduction"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

What I like most about Krisp is that it is versatile and works practically with almost all accessories, whether they are microphones, headphones, sound mixers, any of the accessories I use in my work setup. It has worked perfectly for me. It has become an extremely important application in my daily life because I can use it with all the mentioned tools and in different scenarios. Also, the initial setup was extremely intuitive, which was quite easy, especially when using the noise cancellation and voice focus features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I believe Krisp could improve in terms of the geographical scope of its functionalities. Currently, certain features like background noise cancellation are only available in the United States for the mobile app, and it would be great if it were expanded to other countries, like Peru. I also had issues with a recent update on the desktop app that took me a bit to configure correctly, although it was eventually resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
