**What do you like best about Krisp?**

What I love about Krisp is that I can turn any microphone into a business class workhorse. Sometimes, I forget my professional microphone at home. Krisp has me covered and I can use my built-in headphone microphone due to the amazing noise cancellation. It's very resource friendly even on the highest setting! The options are very intuitive, and it is easy to get set up with Krisp. It works and integrates into every single work application I have had to use it in, and the AI transcription is very accurate if I choose to use it.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

There is nothing I dislike about Krisp at all.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Convenient noise cancellation is a blessing, and being able to change my input/output on the fly. I can't imagine taking my business calls without Krisp anymore. We no longer waste any time worrying about background noise or things going on in other departments.

I like Krisp because it ensures that noise will not get in the way of communications, allowing me to sound more professional during online meetings. It's very valuable because I can work in any place, whether it's a coffee shop or at home with kids playing or a dog barking, and it doesn't bother me at all. The initial setup was super easy; I just had to install it and define the device, microphone, and speaker, and I was good to go.

The recording and transcription can be improved. Sometimes, I'm confident that I have a transcription of the meeting, but the transcription didn't go through and it's lost. That's something I really don't like about it.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

What I really like most about Krisp is the noise-canceling feature. I have some dogs and my dog barks every now and then, so it reduces the background noise and keeps the barking from being heard on the other line during my tutoring sessions. The initial setup was very easy. I've been using Krisp for more than three or four years now, with Zoom, KakaoTalk, and Google Meet. I've also referred it to my ex colleagues as a recorder and noise canceling software.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I think the summary of the transcript can take a long time to generate if it's an hour-long call, but everything is actually fine.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Krisp's noise canceling feature during my online tutoring sessions. There are noises in my background, especially my dog barking every now and then. Krisp reduces the background noise so it's not heard on the other line.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

What I like most about Krisp is that it is versatile and works practically with almost all accessories, whether they are microphones, headphones, sound mixers, any of the accessories I use in my work setup. It has worked perfectly for me. It has become an extremely important application in my daily life because I can use it with all the mentioned tools and in different scenarios. Also, the initial setup was extremely intuitive, which was quite easy, especially when using the noise cancellation and voice focus features.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I believe Krisp could improve in terms of the geographical scope of its functionalities. Currently, certain features like background noise cancellation are only available in the United States for the mobile app, and it would be great if it were expanded to other countries, like Peru. I also had issues with a recent update on the desktop app that took me a bit to configure correctly, although it was eventually resolved.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to be heard clearly and without annoying background noise in important conversations, such as interviews or meetings.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I keep repurchasing my Krisp subscription year after year for it's core feature that is the two way audio noise filtering during online calls. 
I started using it in 2020 when the amount of online calls I had to facilitate increased significantly. I spent about half my week in online calls and participants are noisy. I believe Krips is saving my hearing and also helps with focus and energy management with improving the audio quality.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

They keep adding features that I rarely use. I don't need to see the upcoming meetings in krisp, etc. and transcripts for non-native English speakers and on my mother tongue doesn't work.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online meeting participants are noisy. They don't use headsets because they are vain and built in mics are usually rubbish. They pick up every little scratch, chair squeaking, dog barking, etc. 
If someone has to facilitate such meetings all the time the constant noise is tiring, potentially can hurt hearing on the long run. I'd like to prevent that.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I got a headset for work a couple of years ago that let in tons of background noise. A coworker mentioned to me how bad it was on every call, so I found Krisp and it worked so well he asked if i switched to a new room. The performance is everything you could hope for. Even if my dog barks at the mailman my coworkers don't hear it. It is honestly impressive.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I honestly have no complaints. I switch my input to krisp and i don't get background noise complaints. That is all i ask for and it delivers.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Krisp keeps me from annoying my coworkers on video calls. It saves me a lot of headaches as I am a team lead and have to spend a good amount of time talking on calls. So never having to worry about the background noise, even when my dogs start barking or my wife is working next to me, is a total win

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I've had a great experience using Krisp. The noise cancellation is impressive and effectively removes background sound during calls, making conversations much clearer and more professional. I also like that it can record my meetings and send me transcripts so I don't miss any valuable information. One of its best features is accent conversion. The initial setup was very easy, and it was user-friendly to get started and become a subscriber. One thing that could improve is signing in every time I need to use it, I feel it takes a little bit of time to load. I use Krisp for everything from work to my personal life. I like the transcription and voice isolation features. The transcription is accurate and handles Eastern European and Indian accents incredibly well. The voice isolation works great in incredibly noisy coffee shops, ensuring the other person on the call can hear what I'm saying. The initial setup was easy, with no issues. It's absolutely seamless for my use case, which is surprising for an AI app. I integrate Krisp with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and my regular calls.

Nothing, it's rare for me to have software where I have zero dislikes. I would say the cost but software development is expensive.

I like that Krisp can record everything and does the noise cancellation so well. It's really effective at minimizing or removing background sounds and only keeping my voice clear, which helps me do my job better. Noise cancelling and audio recording. I work from home and my daily activities and family don't interrupt any of my professional calls. Recording screen has been a lot of help to revisit my notes without having my manager explain everything again. I can rely to replay the recording without issues. It's been a life saver.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Sometimes when I want to download a recording I just gets stuck for multiple links to download the file. The recording notes app for phone audio quality is awful, it will be helpful to have a feature to have settings as my audio recorder from my phone sounds a lot better.

Note taking. Ive been struggling to multitask and biggest information in weekly huddles, so having the recording and transcript saves time and I can work from anywhere since my calls do no have any noise whatsoever

As an online ESL teacher for over six years, Krisp has been my go-to buddy throughout that time. Using Krisp has helped me a lot in my classes by keeping my voice clear and my background noise-free, which makes lessons smoother for both me and my students.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Sometimes my voice sounds muffled, maybe because the noise cancellation is too aggressive. Because of that, sounds like my clapping or TPR don’t get picked up and can’t be heard.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp to record all my meetings and it helps me with issues of lack of alignment between teams, especially with the meeting summary or notes separated by participant. The feature of joining the meeting without a bot is very cool because the ability to do this in a non-invasive way is a differentiator for me. I also like to use Krisp for more advanced research. Sending meeting notes became much easier after I started using it. The integration of chat in my meetings is amazing and I am very satisfied using Krisp. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, I didn't need support, everything went very smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

One thing that is not that it doesn't work, but that I would like to have, is real-time transcription of meetings. Currently, it is necessary to wait until the end of the meeting and process the data.

As a result, I can no longer rely on the transcription and summary features, even though they were previously among the main reasons I used Krisp.

I use Krisp for meetings and occasionally gaming, and I find the noise cancellation to be really good. As a remote working developer in a noisy environment with sounds like fans, kitchen clatter, or car noises, Krisp manages to almost completely eliminate those distractions. I also like that Krisp doesn't override my audio inputs and outputs in Windows, which is a big deal for me because some other software like SteelSeries GG messes with audio settings every time the PC starts. This might seem like a minor detail, but it really makes a difference. The setup was very easy too, taking just under two minutes, which I thought was pretty great.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I don't really like the fact that it autostarts a window every time I boot my PC, and that in order to work, the noise cancellation needs the window to stay open. As a dev, I think that could really be improved, like making the noise cancellation service work as a foreground service.  Voice quality needs improvement! It sounds saturated in some cases even when there is no such noise to cancel.  Free trial it's good, but the fact that once trial has ended a big popup in the home page with a legend like "Your trial has ended ☹️" with big font and no way to close it or marking an option to not show again makes it annoying and honestly could cause a negative impression as a consumer preventing to get Krisp Subscription.

I like that with Krisp there is no noise in the background, even though I have a one-year-old who loves to make noise; the other person on the line can't even hear a pin drop. I also appreciate the Krisp transcript feature because it helps me understand people with strong accents without needing them to repeat themselves. The initial setup was very easy because the instructions were very clear. It's definitely the best app ever, and I would give it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

It's the only thing that gets rid of background noise on my calls. I tried several methods, and finally one of the developers at my company suggested Krisp — it worked. Before Krisp, I would get hung up on constantly, and for demos I had to go into a separate room in the office to run a successful demo. I like the pop up that shows me what is working on the app while im on my calls- gives me reassurance that it is working. Has worked on both Sellfire and dialpad CRM - the integration was simple and easy. Very easy to install and use.

The best part about Krisp is how it handles meeting summaries. The automatic recording feature is a lifesaver for back-to-back calls. I also love the flexibility of the transcription tool; it's not just for live calls, as you can upload and transcribe any audio file directly into the platform.

While the tool is great, the user experience is hampered by repetitive notifications. Having to constantly disable or close intrusive reminders is a bit of a nuisance and disrupts my workflow.

Krisp solves the problem of fragmented communication by offering a unified recording and transcription solution. Before, I had to figure out recording settings for each individual app, but now Krisp handles everything regardless of the platform (Zoom, Teams, Meet, etc.). This benefits me by streamlining my workflow—I no longer need to install or manage separate recording tools for different apps.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I primarily use Krisp for noise cancellation, and it works flawlessly for me. I’ve been using it for over six or seven years and have no issues with noise cancellation, especially when using the app. One feature that was a game changer for me was the accent breakthrough, which helped me and my teammates not miss out on important jobs because of our accents. I also appreciate the note taker feature, which allows me to efficiently summarize meetings and have all the keynotes ready immediately after a call. Additionally, I enjoy the forms and the occasional discounts they offer. The app seamlessly integrates with tools like Slack and Teams, making it easy to use among my other software. The initial setup of Krisp was extremely easy due to its user-friendly interface and helpful instructional videos. Overall, I find the application does the job perfectly and is quite easy to use.

I like that Krisp is a software that was really easy to install and functions just fine as it's supposed to. It's great at enhancing audio for both ends of a conversation. The installation was straightforward, pretty much plug and play, and it handles audio issues by effectively providing noise cancellation and enhancing quality. This is especially useful for working from home, where outside noise can interrupt meetings and make it hard to maintain professionalism. Krisp really helps by making me sound more professional during calls.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I believe that there was a feature in which the software would normalize the accent and make it sound more naturally native. It did not work well for me. I feel like it changes the tone of your voice, making it sound a little robotic.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp in all my video calls, both internal and external, to help block out surrounding noise. It effectively blocks all the background noise, so my prospects have a good experience on calls with me. I really like how simple it is to set up; it's a one and done kind of thing. I already have a pretty big tech stack that I use in my day-to-day, and I thought adding another tool would only complicate things for me, but Krisp only took a minute or so to set up. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

There are a lot of pop ups. It joins every call which is what I want, but I don't need to be reminded every time that it is in there. Also, the meeting reminders are redundant given Gcal handles that for me already.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Krisp to block out surrounding noise during video calls, making it easier for prospects to have a good experience even in a noisy office with 10 team members.
