I really like the noise-cancelling feature a lot because I rent, and the next tenant has dogs. Since I’m on the phone all day contacting leads, the noise cancelling has helped reduce the noise significantly. I also really like the note-taking feature. It captures most of what’s said correctly on my calls and summarizes it as well, so I can leave detailed notes after each call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Krisp? There are times when the note-taking feature runs into issues while I’m on a call, and then I don’t get the call transcribed. Sometimes I have to quit the app, or sign out and sign back in, to resolve it. It doesn’t happen regularly, though, and for me it’s manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. On the transcription cutting out and needing a restart to fix, we would rather solve that than have you work around it. It helps me record meetings with clients so I can better understand how to serve people better, and it captures any useful information that I'd use as a note taker. What I like most is that it blocks out noise and takes notes, and those work very well. It helps me make money. The setup was easy. I honestly can't imagine doing my job without Krisp now. As a remote front desk representative, I'm constantly on calls, and Krisp makes sure my clients and coworkers hear me clearly, not the noises happening around me. I use Krisp every day and consider it essential for my job, so it's absolutely worth it. However, since my company doesn't reimburse me for it, I pay for the subscription myself. I like how easy it is to set up and use with any meeting or conference application: you simply change the audio device to Krisp AI, and no additional integration with any program is required. Additionally, you can send a bot to attend on your behalf if you’re unable to make the meeting, which helps manage scheduling conflicts and ensures you remain represented. The transcript misses a lot of words compared to other note-takers I've tested, especially since I'm a native Spanish speaker and I have many calls with colleagues from India, and we both have accents. I appreciate that it's a desktop app and, you know, it's really easy to navigate through its UI/UX. I find the billing very affordable and they have great integrations if we need them. I don't have to worry about taking notes in the meetings and I can review the meetings afterwards. Krisp makes it all very seamless for me to share notes or whatever I need to do. It should just use the system default, which would be an improvement. Sometimes it slows down my computer or starts recording when I don't want it to. These are aspects that could be improved. I use Krisp mainly for work, and I've been using it for more than 3 years. The noise cancellation feature is what I value the most since it helps me maintain a quiet environment, which is crucial because I work from home. Krisp gives me peace of mind in that regard. I also like that Krisp is compatible with the system I use and it reminds me of important events, like meetings. It works perfectly with my headset and I've noticed that its reminders are more accurate compared to other apps. Setting up Krisp was very easy and simple. What I find most helpful is having the transcript always on along with the audio recording. Whenever I miss any information during a call, I can go back to the recording and transcript, ask the bot what I’m looking for, and find the exact answer to my questions directly in the app. This has happened to me twice over the past year: the saved transcript once resolved a situation at work and once helped me in my personal life. I really like that it doesn’t need to join meetings, since it can be difficult to take notes when AI notetakers aren’t permitted.
