**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like that Krisp is automatic and mostly stays out of the way. My favorite feature is the closed captions, or CC, which helps turn my meetings into subtitles. This feature is really helpful because if my name is called and I wasn't listening, I can easily look at the subtitles and respond effectively. Having subtitles allows me to pay less attention to meetings and focus more on work, and if I need to engage, I can quickly understand the current conversation. It has increased my productivity significantly now that I can rely on it instead of manual note-taking. The initial setup was super easy, not just for me but also for my coworkers who aren't very computer-savvy, they found it easy to install with little IT help.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I get notified that I need to use the Krisp audio system as my default device, but run into mic and speaker issues. I have had the best luck with ignoring that notification and overriding the system audio to my headset to ensure I can always be heard and listen to the meeting. But there are many driver errors and audio issues my co-workers experience.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like the AI feature of asking questions against the content as the responses are amazingly spot-on and the re-caps sound like me. The reports are accurate and sensitive to my context. I use the AI Chat for important conversations and it helps with Minutes for the Elders Meetings, Summaries of Counseling Sessions, and Task lists for myself and my colleagues after team meetings. I also appreciate how it assesses certain aspects of a conversation, offering feedback on my responses like attentiveness and defensiveness. It's great for capturing audio and transcripts of meetings, allowing me to create action item lists and reports based on the transcripts. It prevents me from having to write things down during meetings, helping me fully engage and reflect on conversations to improve my communication style. Additionally, Krisp was our first product, and we've found it to be the best among the AI transcription tools we've tried. The initial setup was pretty simple.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Sometimes, the mic and speaker aren't set properly, and I have difficulty getting it reset, especially if I undock and re-dock my computer.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Krisp shines with its easy-to-use interface and reliable noise cancellation, it’s seamless in muting barking dogs, typing clatter, and background chatter in real time. The AI-powered meeting assistant is helpful automatically recording, transcribing, and summarising my calls (with action items and structured summaries), all without needing bots. 

I also love the AI summaries and task lists, which are genuinely helpful.
There’s a strong emphasis on on-device processing and privacy, everything runs locally unless you opt for cloud storage. Plus, Krisp integrates smoothly with Zoom, Teams, Meet, Slack, Tuple and Hangouts, etc.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

The voice detection/dictionary (custom vocabulary) can be a bit odd, sometimes it groups multiple words under the same association and doesn’t allow correction for both, which frustrated me.

Sometimes I've noticed extreme noise suppression can make voices sound slightly robotic or clipped and if you leave it running for a long time the app can sometimes cause CPU spikes, use up excess RAM or auto-disable unexpectedly.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Krisp solves the constant challenge of background noise and distraction during calls. In a busy home office environment, things like barking dogs, typing sounds, or nearby kid conversations used to make meetings difficult and unprofessional. With Krisp’s noise cancellation, my audio is consistently clear, which makes conversations more productive and less frustrating for everyone on the call.

It also helps tackle the problem of information overload from meetings. The AI summaries and task lists mean I don’t have to take detailed notes while trying to stay engaged. I can focus on the conversation knowing that action points will be captured automatically. This saves time after meetings and ensures nothing important slips through the cracks.

Overall, Krisp improves the professionalism of my communication and reduces the mental load of managing meeting details. It’s given me and my team more confidence that every call will run smoothly and that outcomes are documented without extra effort.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

It takes wonderful notes and transcribes all my calls. It connects to all plaforms like Zoom/ Teams / Google Meets and even normal call via a mobile phone.

Since my use case is to talk to analysts and do dillegence calls I use Krisp with Blueflame. Krisp records the call, ZAPIER is the API which takes the text from Krisp to Blueflame, an enterprise AI tool which gives me a beautiful summary.

It gives me time to think and ask more questions rather than scrambling to note stuff down

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

The UI on a) when the call has started could be much better. 
b) sometimes there are issues with which device i need to listen on (for bluetooth) and Krisp sometimes does not record those calls. 
c) If I could know exactly which device I need to connect on the platform and which microphone/ speaker I need to connect on the laptop/ phone or PC that would be very helpful and would remove confusion

Helps in recording calls and becuase I have connected to an AI agent which gives me a detailed transcibed summary Krisp helps me ask questions in the call rather than just noting stuff down

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Krisp is widely praised for its ability to remove background noise in real time on both ends of a call. It makes voices sound clearer without feeling overly processed, which is why it’s popular with remote workers, podcasters, and call centers.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

What I dislike about Krisp is that sometimes the noise cancellation can be a little too aggressive. It occasionally cuts off parts of my voice, especially when I speak softly or when there are sudden background sounds. I’ve also noticed that it can use a decent amount of system resources during long calls, which slows down my laptop a bit. Overall it works well, but those small issues can be annoying

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Krisp is solving one of my biggest remote-work problems: background noise during calls. I work from home, and things like traffic, dogs barking, or people talking in the next room used to make my meetings stressful and unprofessional. Krisp removes all of that in real time, so I can focus on the conversation instead of worrying about what others might hear. It also cleans up the audio I receive, which makes long meetings much easier to follow. Overall, it’s helped me sound more polished and stay more productive

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I've been using krisp since October 2024, and I have to admit, I'm hooked. The platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to implement after a quick setup, you can onboard your entire company without hassle. It launches automatically when meetings begin, and you receive your notes and action points immediately afterward. I find it impressively accurate, even when it comes to understanding complex numbers, which is especially helpful for tracking action items. I rely on it for nearly all my meetings (aout 90%) and I can't imagine switching to anything else. Another feature I appreciate is its discretion; krisp doesn't notify other participants of its presence, so I can choose when to mention it myself.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I believe there are several areas where improvements could be made. First, I have to manually identify the speakers, as the system doesn't recognize them automatically. This often leads to me spending a few minutes figuring out who said what and then assigning the correct speakers. Second, while I can block certain applications, I can't block specific websites. For instance, in Chrome, I want Krisp to record my Google Meet meetings, but I don't want it to capture my ChatGPT voice notes (ofc!). However, I have to manually disable it each time I start, which is inconvenient. Another thing is that live meetings don't function reliably. I've tried using this feature multiple times on my phone, but it hasn't worked well.
LAstly, when i haven't spoken for a while and there's noise cancellation on, the other people can't hear me for the first words i say

- Note taking: i've always hated taking notes and krips does that for me

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Krisp is awesome because it really cancels noise, like background noise, which means no more barking dogs or other sounds during my meetings and teaching sessions. It allows for disruptions-free meetings and classes. I also love that Krisp captures minutes of my meetings and classes. This is super helpful when I miss some details during discussions, as I can just go back to the minutes captured by Krisp and get all those details without having to guess what I missed. Plus, setting up Krisp was super easy—so easy that even an elementary student can understand how to set it up on a computer.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I'm not sure if this is Krisp or just my computer. At some point, it doesn't show that it connects to my headset, the one that I'm using right now. But that's just a minor flaw maybe.

I use Krisp to cancel background noise, which stops disruptions like barking dogs during meetings and classes. It also captures meeting minutes, so I don't miss important details and can review them anytime.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like that Krisp cancels out background noise when I'm calling leads or contacts, which keeps my background noise unheard by potential customers. It allows the potential customer not to be distracted on the phone, and I don't have to worry about the noises around me when I'm calling people. It's a very neat technology that makes my job easier. I also appreciate that it allows me to see my volume levels very easily and switch my input and output of sound. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Every once in a while, Krisp will glitch and put me on the wrong input or output. It changes what my input or output is, which shouldn’t change from the last time I used Krisp. This usually happens when logging in at the beginning of the day, though it’s an easy fix.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Krisp to cancel out background noise, making calls distraction-free for potential customers and worry-free for me. It makes my job easier, lets me see volume levels, and switch sound inputs and outputs easily.

Blocks out everything except my voice. AI is a game-changer! It summarizes my calls and talks. I save so much time, and it's very accurate.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Sometimes I experience issues with the hardware connection (microphone and speaker). People can't hear me, so I have to use Krisp to continue.

When multiple people talk at once, Krisp attributes everything said to one person, and I want to assign the information ("data") to the correct person. It would be nice to be able to take the "data", add speakers, and assign the "data" to the correct speaker.

Krisp is solving issues I didn't realize I had. Becoming a meeting assistant by taking notes, summaries, recording, and transcribing was something I didn't know I would need. The voice recognition is amazing to know who said what.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for canceling the background noise and other voices when I'm in a noisy place during online meetings. The meeting assistant helps me by providing a mock-up and understanding of the action items. Krisp removes noise and gives me concise, to-the-point summaries, which I find very useful. I like how intuitive and easy to use the interface is; it's fast and doesn't use bots. Krisp is compatible with a wide range of online meeting and chatting platforms, like Zoom, Teams, Slack, and Google Meet, which is great for my needs.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Sometimes Krisp conflicts with my system defaults, but those tutorials on setting up the software help me a lot. The initial setup had problems with my system's mic and speaker settings, although I haven't experienced this issue for a long time, maybe the new versions have fixed that.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like that Krisp is easy to use, just a quick button click to enable translation. I enjoyed that sometimes you can hear the translation but when talking, the translation is only given to the customer to not overcrowd the line.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

A slight audio delay when running through the Krisp audio made me keep missing dings and brief notifications. It takes about 1.5 seconds for the audio to come through when a call rings or is answered. This delay is only at the start of audio after a period of quiet, meaning that the ding notification I get for new messages doesn't pick up and I don't hear it. Also, there was a bit of finagling required during the initial setup.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for my meetings to help with noise cancellation and transcription. I love how easy it is to set up and use, which is great because I use it every day. The noise cancellation works really well; I used to get complaints about my dog barking in the background, but with Krisp, no more complaints. I also like the transcription feature, even though it could be improved, and I appreciate that I can fix words it might not understand.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

The transcription could be improved, as sometimes it doesn't recognize a Bluetooth headset, and when that happens, it doesn't transcribe, and I miss the whole meeting.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Sound cancellation from other participants audio. Krisp has helped me in most meetings thanks to how it improves clarity in conversations. Whenever there is a tv, dog, child in the background it makes the conversation difficult to understand for me. Also, by having a final summary of the conversation I can check if I missed any to-dos or if I wasn't able to understand any of the participants due to my hearing issues.
Now it has become available in a multitude of platform (Slack, Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, Signal and Whatsapp calls) and I'm thrilled to continue using it since I really depend on the improved audio in the calls.
I've been using it for a year now and I enjoy how easy it has become to use. It is already configured and implemented in the different applications I use daily and it will autogenerate a transcription for me once the call or meeting has finished. The fact that it is already integrated with Zoom makes it even simpler to use.
Customer support did answer quickly and concisely when I needed them.
I highly recommend Krisp if like me you are experiencing hearing difficulties.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Sometimes it has configuration conflicts when used with a bluetooth headset like Bose 700. When the microphone from the headset it activated it decreases the audio quality of the output sound. But I think this is a compatibility issue that will improve in the future.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sound cancellation from other users and transcriptions. I can't process audio from calls properly when there's more than two participants, and background sounds will make it difficult for me to understand speech. Now I can participate in meetings without feeling anxious and I don't miss relevant information.

What I like best about Krisp is how seamlessly it removes background noise without interrupting the natural sound of my voice. What impresses me most about Krisp.AI is how well it strikes a balance between power and simplicity.

Krisp is very intuitive. Whether it’s turning on noise cancellation, using transcription, or getting summaries, the user interface is clean and logical. I don’t need to spend ages figuring out menus or settings; everything is where I’d expect it to be.

Onboarding is smooth. Installing Krisp for my MacBook, iPhone, and iPad, as well as integrating it with Zoom, Teams, or other apps, or even installing a browser extension, takes very little time. There’s minimal friction in getting up and running, the tool “just works” pretty much out of the box.

From what I’ve seen, utilising the Customer Support is solid. They offer documentation via an online help centre, and you can reach out directly if required. I must admit I haven't needed to contact them directly.  

Because Krisp delivers features that directly solve daily meeting pain points (noise, recording, summaries, etc.), I use it almost every time I’m in a call or doing remote meetings. It becomes part of the workflow naturally rather than being something I open only occasionally. When I join an online meeting, it automatically starts the recording, and when I finish, it provides a transcript, along with a summary and key points. 

Krisp packs in a lot: transcription, meeting summary, action items, accent conversion, noise cancellation, integrations with CRMs, syncing action items, and even mobile and in‑person meeting support. It’s not bloated, but it provides you with all the necessary tools without requiring you to pay for extras you won’t use.

Krisp integrates with major conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc, which I use regularly, and I am sure many others too. Additionally, it syncs with my Microsoft 365 and Google calendars for seamless integration with upcoming events. So when using other tools in my stack, Krisp slots in nicely rather than forcing me to change my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

There isn't much to dislike, to be honest. I have had a few issues when the people in the meeting can't hear me all of a sudden (only when utilising the Krisp Mic for audio noise‑cancellation). But I can't be 100% sure whether this is a Krisp issue or not. I need to switch off the Krisp Mic and use my standard microphone instead. The audio kicks back in, but then it stops recording the meeting at this point, which is a little frustrating and possibly a bug.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first and most obvious problem Krisp tackles is background noise. Whether it’s my kids shouting in the background when at home, traffic outside the house or office, or someone else in the meeting with a dodgy mic, Krisp strips it all away. Another big win is how Krisp handles meeting summaries and transcriptions very well. I have used other software applications, and Krisp is my go to for online meetings, due to the fact it integrates well and starts recording as soon as I start or join a meeting, I dont need to remember to click 'start' or invite it to the meeting. Post meeting, my ''Key Points' and summary are generated, ready to review and share.

I like that Krisp is always available when I need it, the app knows when I join a call and is able to automatically start recording, in my use case this has been across Teams, Slack, Webex VOIP and online calls using Safari.

The meeting notes are clear and succinct and I like that I can go back and listen to the call audio when needed.

If i need more info the AI can further elaborate on the notes and add more context.

On Mac you also get to see upcoming meetings in the toolbar and this has helped me stay on top of what is happening in my day.

Taking notes in my meetings was causing me a lot of issues as you would miss things, now I can use Krisp to check off all of the raised points from a meeting, it definitely makes me more present when talking to clients.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

The app is great but I have a few things that bother me.

When a call finishes the summary automatically pops up meaning I could have finished the call or I could be in the middle of typing something and it takes the active window away from the app I'm using.

It doesn’t always pick up on who spoke so I need to manually add the user info.

These are minor issues but I would love to see them changed in the future.

Noise cancellation was a little too overzealous so that has been switched off.

Id like to be able to pick the best microphone based on what is connected sometimes it defaults to my Macbook microphone without me realising meaning the audio from the office is being broadcast to everyone without me realising.

Having one less thing to manage during meetings is a huge help. My role requires a lot of meetings, and it’s very difficult to keep track of everything. 

Automatically drafting my actions makes a big difference to my day. I can mark them as solved without having to write them manually.

Recalling a meeting and having the audio and text logs is also useful. It means I can remember what people said and surface that information if they haven’t completed an action.

The feature I like most about Krisp is the ability to take notes during face-to-face meetings using the app. Other systems don't offer this feature because they only work with virtual meetings.

One issue I've encountered with Krisp during face-to-face meetings is that when my phone freezes, the audio recording stops and it ceases to take notes. However, I think this is an issue with my phone.

The best thing about this app. It saved me from sounding like I live in a zoo! I used to struggle with background noise during online meetings and classes, barking dogs, honking cars, you name it. Since I started using this app in February 2025, no more complaints from students, clients, or coworkers. They finally hear me, and not the chaos around me! It’s perfect for people living in noisy urban areas or stay-at-home moms with kids and pets. I truly recommend this app to anyone struggling with background noise at home or in their area.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

The only thing I don’t like about Krisp is that sometimes during the day, even when it’s open, it doesn’t cancel out the noise around me. I try closing and reopening it, but it still doesn’t work right away. Luckily, the issue usually lasts only 20 to 30 minutes, then everything goes back to normal.

I originally got this application years ago for sound cancellation. I don't use it for that anymore because the initial word is often silenced for most sentences if I haven't been speaking for a while. That's quite frustrating for the other people on the call when they can't hear my initial words.
