As an MEP consultant, using Kreo is very helpful and efficient for creating take-offs quickly. It provides the platform to accurately get measurements for all MEP systems and is capable of categorically storing all drawings with measurements on them for a project in an organised and user-friendly way. KREO 2d takeoff is an excellent software that has encompassed many of the tools and features required to complete total and accurate takeoffs, after trying numerous takeoff programs I always found that there were tools or features that were missing that made those programs not complete. KREO on the other hand is a great "one-stop-shop" for completing takeoffs will all the features that one could want as well as great features such as the auto count and auto measure that i have not been able to find anywhere else. These tools when used correctly streamline the takeoff process and provide a great reduction of time spent doing takeoffs. Another great aspect of KREO is the team behind it, I have never experienced customer service as great as KREO offers. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have, as well as sincerely take any recommendations you may have to improve the platform. Throughout my time using KREO 2d not only did the Customer Success Manager but the CEO of the company had reached out to me to see how I was enjoying the service. Props to the team behind KREO. As with any new program, there are always small bugs or issues that need to be rectified. With KREO there were a few times I had run into small errors or bugs that had stalled my takeoffs. With that being said I was able to get these issues rectified and addressed ASAP with their great customer service. One other small issue I found was some of the tools or features lacked instruction or descriptions of how to use the feature properly or efficiently which led to some trial and error using the features.
