Kredofy is document collection software that simplifies gathering client files. The platform enables professionals to create secure upload portals through unique links. Clients can upload documents from any device without creating accounts, remembering passwords, or installing applications. The software organizes files by client in a centralized dashboard, providing visibility into received and outstanding documents. This structure helps prevent disorganization and file mix-ups. Security features include access controls and unique links that automatically expire after 90 days. Kredofy supports common file types, including PDFs, images, and spreadsheets. The workflow involves three steps: creating a portal, collecting documents, and maintaining organized storage. The platform serves various professional needs, including tax season preparation, client onboarding, bookkeeping tasks, and audit requests.
