What I like most is that Kredily brings payroll, attendance, leave, and employee management into a single platform, so we no longer have to rely on multiple tools. The interface is clean and easy for both HR and employees to use, and the platform has been reliable even during payroll processing. We integrated it with our existing workflows without much effort, and the onboarding team ensured the setup was completed smoothly. The support team has been responsive whenever we've had configuration or compliance-related queries. From a pricing perspective, it offers good value compared to similar HRMS solutions because it reduces manual work and saves time every month. Like any feature-rich HRMS, it takes a little time to understand all the available modules and configurations. Once the initial setup is complete, things become much easier. Before Kredily, we were managing attendance, leave, and payroll across different systems, which led to manual work and frequent reconciliation. Kredily brought everything into one platform, making payroll faster, improving data accuracy, and reducing compliance-related effort. HR spends less time on repetitive administrative tasks, while employees can access payslips, apply for leave, and manage attendance on their own. I find Kredily very user-friendly, especially for managing attendance and leaves. The team at Kredily is very cooperative, and we always receive timely help. The payroll feature is particularly helpful for us in maintaining multiple staff. What do you dislike about Kredily? When using Kredily, I found that making payments directly from our bank account wasn't possible. We could only generate salary slips for staff, but not process payments. I use Kredily for payroll and managing the employee database, and it has significantly improved the process of calculation, especially net pay, by automating it through a structured application. This automation helps save a lot of time and eliminates manual human error we faced when using Excel. I really like the payroll and leave features, and Kredily's data management is also something I appreciate, as it enhances my experience a lot. The initial setup was very easy, and the SPOC/Account Manager was incredibly helpful and active, assisting in running payroll, understanding challenges, and resolving them immediately. Kredily is the first interface we’ve used for HRMS. The PMS and Payroll modules are the best features because of their automation, and they save a lot of time. Sometimes we need to export late attendance reports (weekly or monthly), or monthly leave taken by all staff (broken down by leave type), but that export isn’t possible. Additionally, it would be helpful if employees could still access their payslips even after they are marked as exited from the system. I also think it would be beneficial if the policies uploaded and signed by employees were not downloadable.
