**What do you like best about Krazimo?**

The team at Krazimo is phenomenal at not only fixing leads but educating myself and our team about the technology and how it works.  Availability of the team to customize the platform to fit our business needs is impressive with late night or early morning calls with text availability to fit my busy schedule.  They helped us handle and covert leads ensuring no potential client fell through the cracks, They had agents that generated blogs that boosted SEO and AEO positioning of our brand, they built an internal knowledge engine that captured much of the expertise of the company in a single easy to access AI agent that generated medical notes, answered questions, continuously monitored the business for mistakes and missed opportunities.  The turn around time on custom features was almost overnight.

**What do you dislike about Krazimo?**

N/A.  I had been through many companies until I found Krazimo and will stay with them.  This is coming from a previous salesforce user.

**What problems is Krazimo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Krazimo is solving the problem of giving a business the tools to fit their specific use cases in an environment where all platforms are in one and work together rather than have many separate softwares which do not work in harmony.  We had many missed opportunities and getting particular audiences narrowed down for automated campaigns with content built from AI using our company knowledge which was onboarded to the system.
