The support team helps you customize the software as per your need. Patches are easy to manage. Reporting is at par with industry standards. Compliance checks and duties can be easily handled. It integrates with our ITSM tool very efficiently. **What do you dislike about Kovair ALM?** The reporting could be better. Pricing could be reduced since it's relatively new software. It doesn't support macOS or iOS.
