**What do you like best about Koupon?**

User-Inerface of Koupon is easy to use and understand. The individuals and groups using this platform can make adjustments and customizations according to their needs. It's UI/UX is device friendly. It works according to the customer needs which works best to retain it's current users. Moreover, the analytical tools provided helps to understand the data to improve the work and then do the needful.

**What do you dislike about Koupon?**

This platform's integrated use with some third-party applications is sometimes a hassle for the users. There are some glitches which is sometimes very annoying. Although the UI/UX is user-friendly but some of the features are hard to understand for the new customer acquisation.

**What problems is Koupon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I started using Koupon, it was a little time taking to get used to this platform but after sometime, it is very friendly and easy to use. It enables the users to target their audiences easily and share and provide coupons to them. One can easily do the promotions of their brands and businesses with their target audience. Koupon is time taking but very effective to use and grow. One can grow their business and make profits using this platform. The data analytical tools that are provided helps in understanding the current behaviour of the business and then make necessary adjustments for the future.
