The level of professionality of the team, their knowledge of the chargeback and fraud prevention world, their continue follow up for assistance and support! At the moment, I do not have any dislike, however I suggest implementing a overall reporting feature in the Chargeback tool, we need to retrieve details of all the chargebacks with details into one excel spreadsheet in order for us to document and review this information, however currently the platform does not have this feature, which is a bit frustrating. Chargeback rate issues, and now working on the fraud prevention tool in order to detect fraud orders and prevent fraud chargebacks. Kount Control and Command work well in combination to handle and filter bots and malicious users at the perimeter and then let us filter in a broader or finer way at the checkout. Everything is built around the Omniscore, so if your website and process are not set up properly you can introduce a number of issues that can lower your customer's score and cause them to be blocked by your rules. The best thing about Kount is its versatility. Using counter functions, custom data fields, and a robust dataset, it's possible to customize fraud screening to your specific needs, targeting traffic that is truly high-risk or even creating your own weighted risk scoring. We previously had a major issue with chargebacks. Kount allowed us to stop the bleeding, but the ability to perform link analysis and flag/block returning fraudsters has ended up being an essential feature for our day to day operations. Our involvement with Kount reaches back over a decade and we have had no issues with them aside from expected (and rare) downtime, which is unavoidable from any company. Our main use case is flagging high-risk transactions for review, and being able to flag confirmed fraud in order to catch those individuals if they try returning for another attempt.
