Personalised, quick, and extremely helpful. 2. Employee experience is fantastic. The app is clean, intuitive, and puts all of the control back to the employee, rather than having to go through HR/Finance to make any adjustments. 3. Implementation was very easy. They took on the role of educating the employees, and continue to be a single source of truth that are always very willing to jump on 1:1 calls to explain pensions and private healthcare plans. There is a lot to like about Kota, and only one tiny bitt that is, by no means, a deal breaker: I wish they had coverage for the US. As a small, multinational startup, navigating multiple countries worth of benefits systems is really tricky for a small HR team.
