KOS Ergonomics - DSE Health and Safety Software is a centralized platform designed to manage Display Screen Equipment (DSE) and Visual Display Unit (VDU) compliance across office, remote, and hybrid work environments. The platform digitizes the complete health and safety lifecycle, moving from initial employee training and self-assessment through to expert review and official sign-off. Core Functionality Workstation Self-Assessment & Training Delivers standardized ergonomic training modules and guided DSE/VDU self-assessments to employees, allowing them to evaluate their office or home workstation setups. Automated RAG Triage Uses a Red-Amber-Green (RAG) risk scoring model to evaluate completed self-assessments. Submissions flagged as high-risk (Red) are automatically prioritized for immediate review. Competent Person Review & Action Tracking Enables occupational health professionals, safety managers, or competent persons to review flagged risk factors, assign corrective equipment or adjustments, and log formal sign-offs. Centralized Compliance Documentation Consolidates all completed assessments, corrective actions, and reviewer sign-offs into a single, searchable repository for audit preparation and record-keeping.
