It was slow, cumbersome and rather antiquated, but it worked for what we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about KORVUE? The upgraded version is web based. with the various upstart fees it would run $18k, then $650/mo. What makes it worse is their customer service. Having decided not to renew the service, they told us that we needed to cancel 4 months prior to the end of the 12 month. they are now charging us for a full year because we missed their artificial deadline.
