## About KoruStay
KoruStay is a digital guest experience platform (or "Digital Co-Host") designed for independent short-term rental hosts, Airbnb owners, Property Management Companies (PMCs), and boutique motels. Founded in New Zealand, it replaces outdated physical house manuals and static PDF guides with a dynamic, mobile-first web application.

**What do you like best about KoruStay?**

It's a digital compendium, guest experience platform, upsell platform, and AI guest communication platform, all in one. You can train the AI on the tone to use, tell it what it should always mention when guests ask it questions, and it can understand and reply in over 100 languages.

It's meant we no longer need to have a printed guest guide, we can put information at guests' fingertips and update details with a moment's notice. There's nothing to download and guests love being able to find everything they need without waiting for a response.

**What do you dislike about KoruStay?**

I really don't have negatives — it does a really great job.

**What problems is KoruStay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using it for my vacation home rental and it's meant guests have all the info they need about the property. They don't need to read an entire guide but just ask questions, they can create an itinerary based on their interests, get personalized recommendations for activities or dining... really impressive and incredibly affordable for single property owners as well as multi-property managers.
