What do you like best about Kore.AI?

The Ui and the easyness of api calls. Accessing test chatbot while building the bot was super helpful. Easy Implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

Sometimes, It can lag for a bit. Would've been very helpful if NLP settings were more basic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kore.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?
