"Thee most developer friendly platform ever for IVA development"
5/5
What do you like best about Kore.AI?

Everything from design to build to deployment to testing, all are integrated in a single platform which reduces the hurdles faced by we developers. Low code platform with place to analyse bot performance are really helpful in real time monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

Adding templates and images for enumeration list entity needs some additional work which could be taken care of. More features for IVR will be cherry on cake if available.Try to add an inbuilt non relational database also along with existing database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Srinivas Borra of Kore.AI

Hi Irul,

Thank you for such an enthusiastic review! Being called the most developer-friendly platform for IVA development is truly an honour, and it means the world to our team who works hard to make that a reality.

We're glad to hear that our end-to-end integrated environment, from design and build to deployment and testing, is helping reduce friction for developers like yourself. Knowing that our low-code approach and real-time bot performance analytics are making a difference in your day-to-day work is exactly the kind of feedback that keeps us going.

It's also great to hear that our NLP engine is delivering strong results and helping resolve real-time customer issues quickly. That speed-to-resolution in a developer-friendly environment is something we're proud of.

Thank you for your very specific and constructive suggestions; they are genuinely valuable. We've noted your feedback on templates and images for enumeration list entities, enhanced IVR features, and the addition of a built-in non-relational database. These are excellent ideas and we will be sure to pass them along to our product team for consideration in future roadmap planning.

We truly appreciate your continued support and partnership with Kore.ai. Keep the feedback coming — it helps us build a better platform for developers everywhere!

Cheers,

Kore.ai

"Effortless Low-Code Development with Flexible Customization with Pro-Code, Support Could Improve"
4/5
What do you like best about Kore.AI?

The most valuable aspect of the Kore.AI platform ecosystem is how easy it is to develop solutions using its low-code and no-code features, while still offering the flexibility for customization through pro-code capabilities. Additionally, it supports integration with various middleware systems like botkit and webSDK, among others. Kore.ai strikes an ideal balance between low-code/no-code tools for quick development of virtual agents and automation systems, and giving developers the control they need for more advanced customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

From a business perspective, I don't find any features in Kore.ai that I particularly dislike. On the other hand, as a developer, I have observed that new support tickets may occasionally take some time to be addressed. Still, considering how mature the Kore.ai platform is and the size of its client base, some delays are understandable, especially when weighed against the extensive feature set it offers. "Intuitive Platform for Learning Conversational AI, with Room for Free Tier Improvements"
5/5
What do you like best about Kore.AI?

I recently completed the Conversational AI course using Kore.AI and also built a few projects based on what I learned—and I have to say, I genuinely loved the experience.

What stood out to me the most was how easy and intuitive the platform is. Even as someone still growing in the AI space, I found it incredibly helpful for understanding how conversational bots work. The tools and features are well thought out, and the platform gives you a lot of flexibility whether you're working with no-code or diving into custom logic.

The course itself was well-structured, and the hands-on approach helped me apply what I learned directly into real-world projects. I especially appreciated how Kore.AI supports integration with various systems and offers strong NLP capabilities—it made my bots feel smart and responsive.

Overall, Kore.AI has been a game-changer in my learning journey. If you're exploring conversational AI, I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s not just a tool—it’s a complete ecosystem for building intelligent, scalable, and impactful AI solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

While I really enjoyed using Kore.AI and found it very useful for learning and building projects, there are a few small things that could be better. Some advanced features take a bit of time to understand, and the interface can occasionally feel slow when working on complex bots. Also, having more flexibility in the free tier would be great for learners. But overall, it’s a solid platform and I’d still highly recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Conversational AI Platform with Some Complexity for Deep Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Kore.AI?

As a software developer, what I appreciate most about Kore.ai is its comprehensive conversational AI platform that simplifies the entire bot building lifecycle. I particularly value the ability to design, train, deploy, and analyze virtual assistants all within a single environment. The flexibility it offers to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and combine their strengths with the platform's proprietary NLU (Natural Language Understanding) models is a huge advantage. This allows me to quickly create robust, scalable, and contextual conversational experiences, significantly reducing development complexity and accelerating time-to-market. It's a powerful tool for orchestrating complex, enterprise-level bots Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

As a developer, what I dislike most about Kore.ai is that, despite its great power and abundance of features, the platform can sometimes feel too complex or a bit rigid when I try to make very deep customizations or utilize agile development workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful NLU with Flexible Integration, Some Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Kore.AI?

I like Kore.AI for its strong capabilities and excellent integration options, which are essential for serious AI automation projects. The powerful NLU ensures accurate understanding of user intent, while the flexible low-code platform makes it easy to build, scale, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational bots quickly with minimal development effort. It also automates support and workflows across channels while seamlessly integrating with enterprise systems. Moreover, using Kore.AI alongside CRM systems, ticketing tools, and internal workflows enhances real-time conversational experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

Some advanced features have a learning curve for new users, and the documentation should be more transparent and detailed to make onboarding and planning easier. Advanced features would be easier to use with more detailed, use case-driven documentation, clearer examples, and stronger in-product guidance for complex workflows and integration. What do you like best about Kore.AI?

The platform allows you to create complex conversational flows with ease, requiring minimal coding. It also offers built-in support for multiple channels. The natural language processing is reliable, and the user interface is straightforward and user-friendly for both developers and business users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kore.AI?
