The implementation might take time but it will be worth the wait. They have very supportive but time taking customer support. The craziest thing i like in kore.ai's products is XO platform, i like the feature of entity extraction, when a user enters a utterance it can identify the entities , that gives the user a good satisfaction because normal chatbots will ask the same questions even you mentioned all the details in the utterance. Finally, in one sentance i can say is ease of implementation, good customer support and can integrate effortlessly to third party APIs. **What do you dislike about Kore.AI?** kore.ai could enhance the llm features, the rephrase utterance option is there but it is not that much effective.
