What do you like best about Korbyt?

Rendezvous Workspace provide an intuitive calendar interface that make reservation management a breeze. You can quickly see what rooms are available and booked at anty given date or time. It seemlessly manages bookings between different time zones and eliminates the need for any manual calculations!

From one screen you can see which bookings are in progress and what services are required for all bookings - conference room, speciality room, visitor office or a shared hotel office.

Automatic notifications keep everyone informed of any reservation changes, and help make communication easy for the receptionists.

NFS support is always willing to assist us with resolving issues reported by our users as well as implemeting new features and functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Korbyt?

There are many different type so interfaces to Rendezvous, which can be both good and challenging - quickbook, workspace, outlook plug-in and mobile. It great that Rendezvous can be accessed from different interfaces, however, the challenge is in training our users which one is the one of them and how to use it. We're sorry to hear you've faced challenges knowing which Rendezvous Workspace range of User Interfaces (UI) is right for a user. The primary web app is generally used by admins as an overall meeting room management system. While QuickBook is a lite self-service portal preferred by end users on a desktop or tablet. Finally, our mobile app is great for on-the-go booking. We developed three UIs based on client needs over the years - to provide a complete meeting room and desk booking system. We are always looking to streamline and improve - both our UIs and our training support.

what is important is to have s aloution that can cover different topics , nowadays hybrid is not a topic anymore but multitenant is , and NFS is able to provide a great coverage on this topic.

we also like the flexibility of the solution and really important the excellent support service NFS is providing.

Regarding the issue you mentioned about check-in, we appreciate your feedback. Check-in is an optional setting in our highly configurable system. If you do not wish to keep the check-in setting as is, you can turn it off and the reservations will not be auto-cancelled. It really is up to your needs. However, many clients find check-in functionality greatly improves space utilization.

What do you like best about Korbyt?

Ease of use. The software is very intuitive. We saw that immediately when we transitioned from ESP. Working with the team is also wonderful. Drew and Dre are so knowledgeable. We enjoy Sarah's energy and enthusiasm. Natasha worked hard for us as a trainer and builder of our system. We always will be grateful for Natalie, who has been with us from the start. What do you dislike about Korbyt?

A few items with software that could be improved. We discussed these with Sarah today. The new items in V8 will help.I want to mention that one team member often displayed an abrupt nature during the implementation. This happened when answering questions or showing specifics. Understandably it is demanding to navigate clients, but this could have been improved. Understanding a workplace is critical - you cannot dictate workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Korbyt?

The Outlook Quickbook add-in allows users to book meeting rooms quickly according to their needs and meeting type.

The integration with Exchange Online and Other systems was easy to set up.

What do you like best about Korbyt?

Rendezvous certainly performs well with reservations which is the primary purpose. It can be configured to match reservation needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A complex administration panel is often hard to locate the area one needs to edit. Reporting is built-in, however you cannot create custom reports. Additionally, if you manually create a user, it can never be removed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
