KONTRA is a cloud-based inventory and rental management platform built for event production, AV rental, party rental, and staging companies. The problem it solves: Most event rental businesses run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. That works until you have 10+ events running simultaneously — then items go missing, double-bookings happen, and quotes take hours to build. What KONTRA does: Real-time inventory dashboard — see every item's status (available, rented, in transit, in maintenance, damaged) at a glance Booking calendar with conflict alerts — prevents double-bookings before they're confirmed Quote generation — create itemized rental quotes in minutes with automatic pricing and tax calculation Per-item tracking — serial number support, condition history, and maintenance logs for every unit Delivery & return tracking — log dispatch and pickup per booking; flag overdue returns automatically Role-based access — warehouse staff, drivers, and managers each get the right permissions Who uses it: Event production companies, AV rental businesses, lighting and staging companies, party rental operations, BTL agencies, and any company that rents equipment to clients. Pricing: Starts at $49 USD/month. 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Languages: English and Spanish.
