"Clear enough to use without overthinking"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I used Kontentino mostly for planning content and handling approvals, and that was exactly where it worked well for me. I didn’t need anything overly complex. I just needed a tool that made it easy to see what was coming up, review posts, and move things forward without second-guessing anything.

What I liked most was how clear it felt. Even using the more basic parts of the product, I could get what I needed done without having to learn a complicated system first. That matters a lot when you’re reviewing content regularly and don’t want the tool itself to become extra work.

It felt fully sufficient for my day-to-day needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

The main thing I’d improve is reporting exports. For planning and approvals, it does the job well, but when you want polished outputs to share more widely, the export side feels a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Social Media Management with Kontentino"
4/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I use Kontentino to plan and manage content for our social media channels. What I like most about Kontentino is that the UX feels much easier to use than other platforms I have tried so far. It is simple to navigate, clear, and does not make everyday planning feel overwhelming. Kontentino gives me an easy-to-follow schedule across all our social media platforms, which makes planning campaigns and everyday content much easier. I also really like the statistics and the approval workflow. Even though we are a small team, my colleague and I still use the approval process because it helps us stay aligned and gives us a better overview of what is ready to go out. The statistics help me because they give me a quick overview of how our content is performing without needing to check everything manually across platforms. For a small in-house team, that is useful because I can see what works, spot patterns, and use that when planning future posts. It makes Kontentino more valuable to me because it's not only about scheduling content, but also about helping me understand the results and make better decisions for our social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

One thing that could be improved is language support, especially for spell check in non-English content. Since we work in Central Europe, that would be helpful for everyday use. Apart from that, even though I find the platform easy to use overall, there are still small areas where some features could feel a bit more polished or flexible. It can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning, especially when you are just getting familiar with all the features and views. A smoother onboarding experience for new users would make it easier to get comfortable with the platform faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad Kontentino feels easy to use and helps your team stay aligned with clear planning, approvals, and useful performance insights.

"Finally a Clear Social Media Plan for My Business"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I run my own business, so social media is something I just have to keep up with, even when I don’t have much time. Before this, I never really had a clear view of what was planned — it was more “post when I remember.” Now I can actually see my upcoming posts laid out. That alone helps a lot.

It keeps me consistent.

I also like that I can prepare things ahead instead of doing everything last minute. Once it’s scheduled, I don’t have to think about it again, which takes a bit of pressure off during busy weeks. It feels manageable now instead of something hanging over me all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Changing publish times across multiple posts isn’t as easy as I’d like. If I want to shift a few posts around, I still have to adjust them one by one, which can be a bit tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

Thank you for sharing your positive experience, Kristof. We’re glad to hear Kontentino has helped bring more structure and consistency to your social media. When you’re running your own business, being able to plan ahead and take that pressure off matters a lot.

We also appreciate your note about changing publish times across multiple posts. Thanks for sharing that with us.

"Finally know what’s going out this week"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I still end up checking what’s happening on our social channels. Before, I’d have to ask someone or scroll through different drafts to understand what’s planned. Now I just open the calendar and it’s all there.

It’s very clear.

I can quickly see what’s scheduled, what’s waiting, and what still needs attention without digging into details. I don’t need to be involved in every step, but I still feel in control of what’s being published. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

The notification settings could be better. It’s a bit hard to tune them so I only get what actually matters without turning them off completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

It's great to hear that Kontentino has helped you quickly understand what's planned for your social channels. We value your feedback about the notification settings and will strive to enhance them for a more tailored experience. "Confident Scheduling and Smooth Approvals for Consistent Social Content"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

As a social media manager and business owner, I used to second-guess every post before it went out. Now I don’t.

I can prepare content ahead of time and actually see how it will look before publishing, which helps me feel confident about what we’re putting out. It’s much easier to keep things consistent without overthinking every detail.

The approval flow makes a real difference for me. I don’t have to keep reminding people or wondering if something is ready — I can just check the status and move on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Sometimes I wish there were a bit more flexibility in how things are organized, especially when managing different types of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

We’re glad to hear Kontentino is helping you plan ahead, publish with more confidence, and keep approvals moving without the usual chasing. Being able to see how content will look before it goes live and quickly check what is ready can make a real difference in staying consistent.

"A practical tool for organizing social media collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

Kontentino makes it much easier for our team to plan and review social media content without long email threads or scattered feedback. The visual calendar is especially helpful because you can clearly see what is scheduled across different channels and campaigns. We also appreciate the approval workflow as it allows managers or clients to review posts before they go live, which keeps communication structured and reduces last-minute changes.

Another thing that stands out is how easy it is to collaborate internally. Designers, and managers can all work in the same place, leave comments, and keep track of revisions. This helps the team stay aligned and makes campaign planning feel more organised. The interface is also quite intuitive, so new team members can usually get comfortable with it fairly quickly. 🙂 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

While the platform is generally easy to use, some parts of the workflow can take a little time to get used to, especially when setting up projects or managing multiple client calendars. Occasionally we also find ourselves wishing for a bit more flexibility in how certain content views or filters are displayed. These are relatively small issues, but they can slightly slow things down when managing many posts at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

Having one place for planning, feedback, and approvals makes collaboration much easier, so it’s great to hear Kontentino is helping your team stay aligned across channels and campaigns. We’re happy that the calendar and approval flow are bringing more structure to your process.

"Client approvals stopped eating our week"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

When I’m planning a full month for several clients, Kontentino makes it much easier to see what is ready, what still needs feedback, and what is already scheduled. That matters a lot when you are switching between accounts all day. I also like that clients can comment directly on each post instead of sending scattered notes in different places. Much less chasing. Copying a post across channels is also a big help, because I’m usually adapting the same idea for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn rather than starting from zero every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

The mobile app is fine for checking things or approving something quickly, but I still would not use it to build out a proper week of content. Desktop is where the real work gets done. I’d also like a smoother way to handle some post types without extra manual steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

It’s great to hear Kontentino is helping you stay on top of multiple clients without losing track of approvals, feedback, and scheduled content. When comments stay directly on each post and cross-channel copying saves you from rebuilding everything from scratch, the whole process becomes much easier to manage. Thanks as well for sharing your thoughts on the mobile app and the extra manual steps for some post types. That kind of feedback is genuinely helpful.

"Kontentino Brings Structure and Smooth Approvals to Multi-Brand Social Media"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

Managing social media for multiple global brands can get complex quickly, but Kontentino brings a sense of structure to the process. The content calendar makes it easy to keep track of different markets, campaigns, and posting schedules in one place. I particularly value the collaboration and approval workflows - they help align internal teams and external stakeholders without long email threads. It’s also useful for maintaining consistency across brands while still allowing some flexibility for local adaptations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Some platform-specific features are not always fully reflected, so we occasionally need to double-check posts directly in native social media tools before publishing. When working across several brands and regions, filtering and navigation could be more flexible to quickly switch contexts. Also, onboarding new stakeholders takes a bit of time, especially when they are not familiar with content planning tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad to hear that Kontentino has brought structure and smooth approvals to your social media management process. Our content calendar and collaboration features are designed to make managing multiple brands and campaigns easier.

"Finally a calm way to plan contentClear Approvals and a Content Calendar That Matches Reality"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

As a social media manager working on our own brand, I needed something that doesn’t make planning feel like a constant scramble. Kontentino made it easier to actually see what’s coming up without overthinking it.

The calendar view just makes sense.

I can lay out posts, adjust them quickly, and keep a steady rhythm without second-guessing everything. It feels more like organizing ideas than managing a tool.

Another thing I appreciate is how simple it is to review content before it goes out. I don’t have to jump between tools or lose track of what’s approved and what’s not. That alone removed a lot of small daily friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Sometimes loading larger media files takes a bit longer than I’d like, especially when I’m in the middle of planning multiple posts. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something I notice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Kontentino, Erik! We're glad to hear that the calendar view and content review process have helped you feel more in control of your publishing schedule.

"Streamlined Social Content Collaboration with Clear Calendars and Approvals"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

What I like most about Kontentino is how it simplifies collaboration around social media content. The shared calendar gives a clear overview of all scheduled posts, which makes planning campaigns much more organized. The approval workflow is especially useful—it keeps feedback in one place and helps avoid long email threads or missed comments.

I also appreciate how easy it is to coordinate with both team members and clients. Being able to comment directly on posts and track changes speeds up the review process. Overall, it makes content planning, approvals, and scheduling feel much more structured and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

One area that could be improved is the depth of analytics and reporting. While the platform covers the basics well, teams looking for more advanced insights or customizable reports might find it somewhat limited.

There are also moments where certain integrations or features don’t feel as flexible as expected, especially when working across multiple tools. Occasionally, the interface can take a bit of time to adjust to when navigating more detailed settings or less frequently used functions.

Overall, these aren’t major blockers, but they can slow things down slightly for teams with more complex or data-driven workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

It's great to hear that Kontentino has helped centralize content planning, collaboration, and approvals for you, making it easier to keep everyone aligned and speeding up the approval process. We appreciate your feedback about the depth of analytics and reporting - there are big changes coming up in analytics. Stay tuned.
