"Kontentino Simplifies Social Content Planning and Approvals in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

Kontentino makes it much easier to plan, review, and approve social media content all in one place. The calendar view is particularly helpful because it gives a clear overview of upcoming posts across multiple platforms. I also like how straightforward it is to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, which keeps the review and approval process simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

There are occasional limitations when it comes to customization, particularly in reporting and analytics. While the platform covers the basics well, more advanced insights would be useful. Also, some integrations could be smoother, and there’s a slight learning curve when first setting up workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

Thank you for sharing your positive feedback. We understand the importance of customization and advanced insights. We're continuously working on improving our reporting and analytics capabilities to provide more valuable data for our users - there are big changes coming up in that.

"Streamlined Client Approvals Without the Constant Chasing"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I’m a copywriter in an agency, so I’m constantly juggling feedback from different clients. Before this, getting approvals felt like half my job. Now I write the post, tag the designer if needed, and move it forward without chasing people all day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Changing publish times across multiple posts can be a bit clunky. If plans shift for a campaign, I still have to adjust things one by one more than I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

When approvals stop taking half the day, that makes a real difference. We’re glad Kontentino is helping you keep feedback moving and giving you a clearer view of where each post stands across clients.

We also appreciate your note about changing publish times across multiple posts. Thanks for sharing it.

"Streamlined Client Approvals and Efficient Social Media Scheduling"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

What I like most about Kontentino is how easy it makes the client approval process. It really helps streamline communication, speeds up approvals, and makes content scheduling much more efficient. The platform is user-friendly and saves a lot of time when managing social media planning and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Sometimes the connection with Meta can be unreliable, so we need to stay vigilant to make sure posts are published properly. However, I believe this is more related to Meta’s updates than to Kontentino itself.

Also, Kontentino has added many new features over the past few years, which has made the platform a bit less user-friendly and intuitive compared to before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Client approvals being smoother and faster is one of those things that quietly saves a lot of hours over time, glad it's making a difference for your team.

The two points you raised are both fair. Meta connectivity issues are largely on their side but we know that doesn't make it less annoying when you're watching a scheduled post. Worth keeping an eye on the connection status before big publishing days.

The UX complexity point is something we take to heart. Adding features without making the product harder to use is a real tension and honestly one we don't always get right. It's useful feedback to hear directly.

"my fav social media management tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

What I love most about Kontentino is how much it simplifies and speeds up my workflow. Everything stays organized, and being able to communicate with clients directly under each post makes collaboration so much easier. The support team is always quick to help, and I love seeing continuous improvements to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Maybe the only thing I’d love to see is the ability to create simple Stories visually right inside Kontentino, as well as add music, tags, and URLs directly within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Love that client communication under each post is making collaboration easier, that's exactly why we built it that way, keeping the conversation attached to the content instead of scattered across email or Slack. Good to hear the support team's been quick for you too.

On Stories, building it out visually with music, tags and URLs directly in Kontentino is a fair ask, and a lot of that comes down to what Meta's API actually allows us to do on their end. It's the kind of thing we keep an eye on though, including ways to connect the dots with tools that already do this well. Worth flagging to support with specifics on what you'd want, so it's on record.

"Kontentino Makes Collaboration and Social Planning Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

What I love most about Kontentino is how easy it makes collaboration. The approval process is smooth which saves a lot of time and eliminates endless email chains. I also really like the visual content calendar and how user-friendly it makes planning, managing, and publishing social media content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that some advanced features can take a bit of time to fully explore and master when you are new to the platform. However, once you get familiar with the workflow, it becomes very intuitive and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Really glad the approval flow is saving you from those endless email chains, that's exactly what it's built to do. And it's great to hear the calendar is making planning and publishing feel manageable rather than scattered across tools. The learning curve on the more advanced stuff is fair feedback too, definitely something we keep an eye on as we build out onboarding.

"A powerful platform for content planning and team collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I was looking for a platform where I could manage all of our social media accounts (we have 11 accounts), and Kontentino was recommended to me through our marketing agency. I’m really glad I gave it a try. Connecting all of the accounts is straightforward, and I especially like how visual the calendar is because it lets me see, at a glance, what’s coming up.

At first, I felt the posting experience was a bit limited. However, after trying the beta version of the updated posting flow, I was genuinely pleased with the improvements. They addressed everything I felt was missing before.

I also appreciate the internal and external approval options, since our creative director needs to approve all of our content. He can easily leave a note, and everyone can clearly see when a post is approved and ready to be published. Overall, the interface feels intuitive and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Nothing really limits my work. The only slightly unfortunate thing is that it isn’t possible to add a photo carousel to TikTok, only video. I’ve already raised this with customer support, and they said they’ll look into it for future updates. I expect it will be added eventually, especially since I’ve tested other beta functions that have already been improved. That shows they listen to their customers, and it gives me confidence that I can trust them when they say they’ll keep trying to improve the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Managing 11 accounts and keeping it organized is exactly what the calendar and grid view are there for, so good to hear that's landing for you, especially the Instagram feed planning part, that's a detail a lot of people don't think to look for until they need it. Really glad the new posting flow closed the gaps you'd felt before, and nice that the approval setup with your creative director is working the way it should, being able to see at a glance what's approved and ready matters a lot when someone else needs to sign off.

On the TikTok carousel piece, can't promise a timeline on that, but it's good you've got it logged with support already. That's the right place for it to live so it stays on the radar.

"Clear Planning and Truly Human Customer Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

the clarity it provides helps me manage my posts and even motivates me to post more and plan ahead

their customer support is also super helpful and so "human", I love the feeling of being able to speak to a real person rather than just a robot, these days this is so unique in the online products world Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

in the begining it took me a while to learn to move between screens, a fixed side bar would make it easier for me, but maybe thats just me :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Really glad the clarity is helping you actually plan ahead instead of just posting when you remember to, that's the whole point, and it's great that it's translating into more consistent posting for your brand. And genuinely happy to hear the support experience feels human, that matters a lot to us, we'd rather have real people answering than a bot any day.

On the sidebar point, appreciate you flagging that, navigation between screens is something we're always looking to smooth out. If you've got a minute to describe what a fixed sidebar would look like for you, feel free to send it to support@kontentino.com - specifics like that help us understand exactly what would make it easier.

"Kontentino Makes Content Planning and Approvals Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

The most important feature for me is easiness of planning and publishing the content. Kontentino helps me solve the struggles that comes with managing multiple social media accounts at once and having limited time and capacity as NGO. Before using it, coordinating content across team members was chaotic, but now we can see everything that is planned and what is still missing. It is important for me to have approval system so I know what has been approved and can be posted and what not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Limited analytics, occasional lag, and not much flexibility for customization or bulk actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Running social media for an NGO with limited time and a team to coordinate is no small thing, and having a clear overview of what's planned, approved, and still missing makes a real difference in that context. Glad the approval workflow is bringing some structure to what used to be chaos.

The feedback on analytics, lag and bulk actions is noted. Analytics flexibility is something we're actively improving, and the other points are useful to hear. If the lag is happening consistently it's worth dropping a note to support@kontentino.com so the team can take a closer look at your setup.

"Simple, Time-Saving Social Calendar for Managing Multiple Clients"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I’m a developer, but I manage social content for clients too — and that part used to feel messy. I’d jump between platforms just to check what’s going out where.

Now I can actually see the whole week across channels. That changed a lot.

I plan posts for different clients and platforms in one calendar, adjust them quickly, and move on. Duplicating posts across channels and tweaking them saves me time every single day. It’s simple to understand, even if social media isn’t your main job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Changing publish times across multiple posts can be a bit clunky. If I need to shift a full day, I still have to go post by post, which gets repetitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Social media management as a side responsibility to your main job is a specific kind of headache, having one calendar that shows everything across clients and channels just removes a whole layer of mental overhead. Glad that's working for you.

The bulk time editing issue is a fair call. Having to go post by post when you want to shift a full day is repetitive and it adds up. You're not the first to flag it and it's on our radar.

"Structure and Clarity"
4/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

As an author behind a smaller, artistic social media profile, I often lack structure in my creative process. With Kontentino, things started falling into place almost immediately, and my workflow now feels much more organized. I especially love the Calendar view and the ability to create ideas and see everything from a bigger-picture perspective. I quickly started drafting captions and concepts, keeping them directly in the tool, and I’ve stopped relying on all my separate text files and scattered notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

For just one profile, the platform can feel a bit overbuilt. Some features like approvals or team collaboration aren’t really necessary when you’re working alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Going from scattered notes and text files to having everything in one place with a proper calendar view - that shift in how the whole process feels is real. Glad it's helping you stay consistent without losing the creative side of it.

The solo use point is fair. A lot of the deeper features are built with teams in mind so they won't all be relevant for a single profile. But if the calendar and drafting side are doing the job, that's what matters.
