"Intuitive Social Media Planning with Clear Calendar, Approvals, and Instagram Preview"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I’ve worked with Kontentino in two different marketing companies, and in the second one, I personally recommended introducing the platform into our daily workflow.

Kontentino is a very clear, intuitive, and user-friendly tool. It makes content planning much easier because everything is visible in one place, on one calendar view. The approval process is also very helpful when working with a team or clients, as it keeps communication organized and reduces the risk of mistakes.

I also really appreciate the option to edit posts from my phone, which is especially useful when last-minute changes are needed. Another feature I find very valuable is the Instagram feed preview - it helps to see how posts will look together before publishing.

Overall, Kontentino made social media planning more efficient, transparent, and comfortable for the whole team. I sincerely recommend this platform to marketing teams and social media managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

The loading time could be improved — sometimes the platform takes a bit longer to load than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Recommending a tool to a second company after already using it at a previous one is probably the strongest endorsement there is. Really glad it's been worth that recommendation. The Instagram feed preview is one of those features that sounds small but genuinely changes how you plan visually, good to hear it's useful in practice.

Loading times are a fair point and something we're working on. Hopefully that improves noticeably for you soon.

"Kontentino’s Beautiful, Simple Interface with Flawless Post Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

The interface is great. Using Kontentino is super simple—I understood it at first glance, and so did my clients. As a design-oriented person, the look and feel of the tools I use is also very important to me.

However, none of that would matter if the post management didn’t work flawlessly — which is absolutely not the case with Kontentino. Everything runs smoothly, and I have 100% trust in it.

It’s honestly refreshing to replace that brutal amount of sheets, tools, and scattered calendars with one clean, centralized space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. And if there was ever something I disliked in the past, Kontentino addressed it in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Samuel Gibala of Kontentino

Thank you, Vanesa! We will once put these kind words into our big Kontentino book :))

"Simplifies Content Planning, Perfect for Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I use Kontentino as a creative director for reviewing content plans for our clients. I love how simple it is to use, which helps me scale up and manage more clients under one roof, while accommodating different setups and ways of working with different clients. The simplicity and collaboration setups really stand out, helping us not get lost in the process and ensuring we don't forget any piece of content. It also allows us to cover different social media platforms and formats. The initial setup was very easy for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

I would appreciate more mobile-first design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Effortless Social Media Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I started using Kontentino for social media planning and scheduling, and I found the collaboration feature outstanding, especially since we have a relatively big team involved in social media creation. In today's fast-paced market, we need to roll out content multiple times a day on different channels and accounts with various team members, and having Kontentino puts it all together seamlessly. The collaboration and scheduling aspects are particularly helpful. Social media planning is super easy with Kontentino, and the initial setup was super easy for my team and me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

We're only waiting for more features to roll out 👀 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

Thank you so much for the wonderful review. We’re really happy to hear Kontentino has made social media planning, scheduling, and collaboration easier for your team. It means a lot to know that even with a larger team and multiple channels in play, Kontentino helps keep everything aligned and running smoothly. We’re also glad the setup was easy from the start. We’re always working on new features, so it’s great to know you’re looking forward to what’s next. Thanks again for your support.

"Finally Clear Client Approvals Across Multiple Clients"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

As a CEO managing multiple clients, I used to constantly ask my team one question: “Did the client approve this already?” No one was ever 100% sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Changing publish times across multiple posts at once is still a bit clunky. When you’re adjusting a full week for several clients, doing it one by one slows things down more than it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

That kind of visibility gap can be frustrating, especially across multiple clients, so it’s great to hear Kontentino has helped create more trust in the approval process. Knowing what’s approved without having to chase updates or interrupt the team is exactly the kind of clarity we want to bring to day-to-day work. Thank you for your feedback, we will take it into consideration for future improvements.

"Instant Calendar Visibility Across Channels"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

As a COO, I need to know what’s going out without chasing updates. That was the biggest shift for me. I can open the calendar and immediately see what’s planned across channels and days without asking the team for status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Changing publish times across multiple posts can feel a bit clunky. If plans shift, it takes more manual adjustments than I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

It’s great to hear the calendar gives you that instant visibility across channels without needing to chase updates. For a COO, having a clear view of what’s planned and what’s still in progress can make a real difference in keeping things under control. Thanks for sharing your experience, Martin!

"Unique Tool, Maximum Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I like that Kontentino offers internal and external chats, which allows us to keep a record of important conversations with the client. I find the visual preview feature very useful because it provides an accurate representation of how the content will appear on social platforms, without having to open multiple windows. Additionally, I appreciate that it allows us to work collaboratively within a single efficient platform without having to use multiple different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

It can very rarely happen that there are problems with publishing on Meta. Furthermore, it is currently not possible to add stickers on Kontentino. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

Thank you for the review, Claudio. We’re glad Kontentino helps your team keep collaboration, client communication, and visual checks in one place without needing multiple tools. It’s great to hear the internal and external chats, along with the post previews, are making your workflow more efficient.

"Natural, Client-Friendly Approval Flow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

The approval flow feels natural, even for clients who aren’t “marketing people.” I don’t have to explain where to click or what they’re looking at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

The notification setup should be more clear. Sometimes it takes a moment to find out why someone didn’t get alerted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

Thank you for the great review. We’re glad to hear the approval flow feels natural and easy for your clients, even when they are not marketing specialists. Making approvals clearer and more predictable is exactly what we aim for. We also appreciate your feedback on notifications. It’s helpful to hear that the setup could be clearer when someone does not get alerted as expected. Thanks again for sharing your experience with us.

"Intuitive and Easy, But Can Be Slow"
4/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I love that with Kontentino I can plan all my content in one day and not worry for the rest of the month, which is especially important because I have ADHD and forget often. I like its intuitive interface and ease of use. It was easy for me to figure out what to do without needing to look up tutorials, so I don't lose time. The initial setup was also easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Sometimes it feels a bit slow, especially when uploading content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Planning everything in one go and then not having to think about it for the rest of the month - that's a genuinely good way to use it. Really glad the interface clicked without needing tutorials.

The upload slowness is something we're aware of and working to improve. Hopefully that gets smoother for you soon.

"Streamlined approvals and clear visibility across brands and clients"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

As CEO of Revolware, I’m involved in both client work and our own marketing, so I see both sides of the process. The moment we stopped juggling approvals over email and WhatsApp was the turning point. I can create a post, loop in the team, and bring the client into the same conversation without losing track of what’s happening.

We manage multiple brands and internal campaigns, so having a clear overview of what’s approved and what still needs input makes a real difference. I don’t have to ask who signed off on what — it’s just visible.

Also, being able to preview posts before they go live gives me confidence. What I see is what actually gets published. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Changing publish times across multiple posts at once is still a bit clunky. When you’re managing several clients and internal campaigns, small friction like that adds up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Moving approvals out of WhatsApp and email threads into something structured is one of those shifts that sounds small but changes how the whole process feels. The visibility piece especially, not having to ask who signed off on what, that's exactly what it should do.

The bulk time editing friction is a fair point. Managing multiple clients and campaigns means small inefficiencies compound fast, and that's not where we want people spending their energy. It's useful feedback for the product side.
