I like the fact that Kontainer is well-thought. It is like the creators thought about every possibility and users need beforehand hence there is no problem with uploading/ storing/ operating/ previewing of files of different formats, sizes etc. and there is always more than one way of performing the same activity. I love so many features of the system. A full-blown consent system, allowing us to keep track of which images we are allowed to use, e very granular user/group system that we can adapt to our organisations needs. Smart folders have been a true blessing. But actually what I like the absolute most is their customer service, and the way that Kontainer actually listen to customer requests and implement A LOT of these within a very short time frame. That is a major benefit from almost all other systems and applications we use.

Not much really. Of course we would always like even more features, but Kontainer have an unprecedented way of engaging with their customers request and wishes. We definetly don't use Kontainer to the full potential. For us the most important about Kontainer is, that we can share things externalt and internal. Our IT system is made with a lot of securerity, so FileTransfer etc. is not something, that we can use.

We use Kontainer close to daily, and it's crusial, that we can share files and pictures with our colleagues and customers.

It's super easy for us to share packshot and product descriptions with the customer, and it save us a lot of time, when we can do it in one program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kontainer seems relative simple, but is still a little complex. We're using the system the most to share product packshots with customers, and when we do share a large amount of packshots for a new customer, the often also need product descriptions. We've found a way to include those with the pictures, by naming the pictures the same way as the product is named in an excel sheet. That way the files find a way to pair the product number and descriptions in a sheet, and the customer can get it all pretty simple. This proces though isn't bullet proff, so we still need to check it manually, and finds some mistakes everytime, we share a big file.

It would of course be preferable, if we could always trust that the system delivers correct information, but it's a proces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
