**What do you like best about KonnectzIT?**

Helps you connect lots of different apps via an easy to use canvas

**What do you dislike about KonnectzIT?**

Had a recent outtage for a few days, wondered if the tool had been take offline, but it came back up and was just a technical outtage.

**What problems is KonnectzIT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to run automations that connect different tools.

**What do you like best about KonnectzIT?**

- Very easy-to-use interface
- The platform is very flexible, because of the API & Webhook functions -> you can automate almost anything that is theoretically possible
- big integration library which is still growing everyday
- Great support (fast answers, and big efforts for helping - I seldomly experienced something similar!)

**What do you dislike about KonnectzIT?**

- the platform is slow to respond sometimes, which can be improved
- what I am missing is a function to trigger events time-dependent (e.g., trigger this event every day at 11 pm, ...)
- it feels like quantity instead of quality in terms of the connectors
- workflows don't always work

**What problems is KonnectzIT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Saving (potentially) plenty of time by automating manual business processes. 
- Connecting apps that I could not connect before!
- Making (potentially) my business processes more flowy :)
