I really appreciate the customer service at Konnectify. They have been absolutely standout, very happy, and willing to help whenever I've had queries or concerns. The fact that in addition to managing automations it allows you to create and manage forms, allows us to reduce the number of tools we use, saving time and money. The Embedded marketplace - it’s user-friendly and the automated templates make integration super easy. Our turnaround time for customers’ app integration requests has become remarkably faster with Konnectify. What’s impressive is that we can develop our own integration marketplace without a developer. Earlier, our engineering team’s time was split between working on our core functionalities and meeting customer integration requirements. Rolling out new integrations could take 3-4 weeks + maintenance and troubleshooting additionally. Now we don’t spend much time into dedicated infrastructure and ongoing maintenance.
