Koncert allows me to do my job at lightening speed. By using the parrallel dialer, I am able to make hundreds of dials to potential prospects without having to type any phne numbers in. In my 8th month using Koncert I have found it to be extremely helpful in cold outreach to prospects. My favorite part of the tool is the AIPD or AI parrallel dialer which allows you to make multiple calls at a one time.
