I wish you didn't have to manually exit prospects after they've gone through your cadence. It would be nice if you could select multiple at once. I wish you could also drag cadence steps to move them around, rather than having to make a whole new cadence to add / delete steps that aren't right at the end. The onboarding and integrations are quick and seemelss. Support is great and the support team is extremly responsive and helpful. It simple and easy to use. The best thing about Koncert is the volume of conversations I am able to have throughout the day as a direct result of being able to hit a very high number of dials. I also love the integration with apollo sequences it is awesome! Being in a hybrid SDR/AE role and having a tool like Koncert allows me to do all the AE tasks I need to do while still being able to outbound and have a high number of quality conversations. As a phoneburner shop, it was a breath of fresh air to switch over to concert. It integrates with our CRM and Salesloft to make importing data incredibly easy. pulls in live updates from data entered into salesloft and salesforce as well so that contacts are up to date.
They also integrate AI in their system to pick up on if you hit a phone tree or gatekeeper, and can skip the call rather than having to manually skip through calls.
They do also have a parallel dialer, making it very easy to cover a lot of ground.
Their virtual salesfloor feature is in Beta and we didn't use it a ton but it seems promising once it hits the ground running. Overall, great great product and would recommend to anyone at the very least to test it out.

Biggest complaint is that if you type in your call notes and accidentally forget to disposition the call and leave it in 'call waiting', you'll get logged out and lose your notes, whereas phoneburner will automatically save them for you which was nice to have (and I did lose some big notes on a couple occasions)

Koncert allows me to do my job at lightening speed. By using the parrallel dialer, I am able to make hundreds of dials to potential prospects without having to type any phne numbers in. The service team is great; Jared is always quick with his responses, and any issues are resolved quickly. There are also other ways to use Koncert if you wish to work at a slower pace which is great. In my 8th month using Koncert I have found it to be extremely helpful in cold outreach to prospects. My favorite part of the tool is the AIPD or AI parrallel dialer which allows you to make multiple calls at a one time. The integration of the tools in beginning my first sales role was so easy to use. In my experiences the customer support team has always been there to assist if any issues do arise. I think the least helpful thing is that it takes up my time to do other things. I want to keep using it as the amount of dials you can make on it is so helpful. Koncert allows me to complete way more dials than I could ever hope to on my own dialing manually. It allows me to work on other tasks as I wait for it to connect me to a live conversation. Once I hear the person pickup, I hop right into my conversation. Way more dials and conversations with the tool than before. Our sales rep has been great as well with ongoing support and making sure we know about the new product features as they are rolled out and how we can benefit from them. I like how it speeds up work flow. I have set 5x Demos since leveraging Koncert in my day to day work. I have also touched more than 500-700 Leads daily, compaired to 100 a day in the same amount of time with the popular softwares that I was using prior.
