Contractors can upload PDF plans, calibrate scale, and measure lengths, areas, volumes, and counts directly on drawings, with quantities flowing automatically into estimates. A custom cost database stores material, labor, and equipment rates, while assembly functionality groups components for reuse. Crew configuration and production rate tools calculate project cost, and the earthwork engine computes cut, fill, and net dirt volumes from plans. Field measurement tools enable on-site data entry without plans. The platform generates branded proposals, tracks bid pipelines via a visual board, and manages change orders with revision history. Cloud synchronization ensures access across devices, and templates provide reusable estimate structures for new projects.
