Regarding your feedback, Kompyte does have two-way integration with Salesforce for embedding Battlecards and reports and also for syncing win/loss data. For Gmail, I suggest using our InMail feature. This allows clients to forward emails to their Kompyte account so they are centralized within your CI solution and can also be exposed on Battlecards and reports. Your Customer Success Manager can help set up the InMail feature.

The breadth of Kompyte's feature set means occasionally encountering bugs and weird quirks. There are so many features that not every feature is always fully developed or necessarily well thought out, which can cause frustration.
