Kompyte automates the tracking of intel from a vast variety of online data sources. You may want to ask your Admin to expose more of these sources onto the competitor Battlecards and reports. What do you like best about Kompyte?

everything is organized in one place, this is one of the things I find I dislike the most about other options on the market. I kind find quick and easy anything that I'm looking for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kompyte?

So far the only thing I dislike is the login in and logging out, maybe it can be something with my computer or system preferences, but overall I enjoy the product a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kompyte?

The UI is very easy to navigate. Nothing that blows your mind when you use it but it is good. I also like how you can see the main cards in the dashboard so you know where to search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the search function doesn't work as well as expected. Other times when you search it works great. If it was a little more consistent it would be ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use, the fact that all the info stays up to date, and the battle cards are super useful - especially when you need that information in the middle of a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Af first I didn't know if information was static or constantly updated. Letting users know when updates are made, or highliting new features would be super useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For being notified of updates to Battlecards and reports, I’d suggest clicking the Subscribe button in the top right corner of the Battlecard or report. You will then receive an email notification the next time there is an update to that particular asset.

What do you like best about Kompyte?

Easy to digest and navigate a battlecard. Pretty seamless user experience and I can find what I need about competitors pretty quickly. I don't need to click into multiple tabs, everything I need to know about a competitor is on one card. I like the company overview, news and summary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kompyte?

Nothing. Would like to see more automated insights about competitors found and inputted into Kombyte outside of our own team adding insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love hearing that Kompyte gives your reps the insights needed to position themselves against the competition while keeping you updated on the latest competitor news. Regarding automated insights, the Battlecards are fully configurable and there are numerous options for adding automated insights directly to your Battlecard. I’d share this feedback with your Admin. They can schedule time directly with their Customer Success Manager as well if any support is needed.

Feels like the search function doesn't work unless i put in the exact name of the company im searching for. For example - if i misspell the name of the company, it won't show in the search results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kompyte does provide a number of ways for external intelligence to be collected and centralized into your Kompyte account via our browser extension, InMail feature, 2-way Slack integration, suggestion link and more. Be sure to also check out the reviews being written about your competitors (many customers will expose positive and negative product and company reviews in Battlecards and reports to uncover strengths and weaknesses).

In the current field I'm in, there are a lot of competing softwares. It's difficult to track the which company specializes in which, their prices, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's completely up to your oganization to keep the info within Kompyte accurate, so the info can become outdated in the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
