We get a clear picture of what our key competitors are doing in real-time, We evaluated the three best tools in this bracket, and Kompyte was clearly ahead. Very minor, and not unique to Kompyte, but we occasionally get data related to the parent company, rather than our direct competitor that happens to be a member of that group. Kompyte is a great resource for us, as it allows us to check one source as opposed to searching multiple websites. We primarily use Kompyte to create customizable battle cards for our sales team to reference. Overall, I don't have many complaints about Kompyte. Kompyte offers more features than we are currently using, so there is an opportunity to use this tool more. First and foremost, Kompyte helps us with competitive intelligence and is a great "source of truth" for us to check as opposed to searching multiple websites. Im not a huge fan of the help center, because I feel like it doesn't help that much. Either way I don't think it's a big problem because the rest of kompyte is super easy to navigate and use. Kompyte is not only user-friendly, but is quick in pulling data from various competitor targets. I've been able to spin up tracking on competitors quickly and easily. What do you dislike about Kompyte? While the AI is typically pretty great in picking up data for competitors, there are some times where it may pick up some oddities or unrelated data. I like that our team can keep the information up to date and continually add in new competitor battle cards as we are in a growing industry. Some of the information can be out of date if we aren't keeping up with it as a company. Kompyte is a straightforward competitive intelligence tool. It's easy to create reports and battlecards, and easy for sellers to consume insights. Their listening and insights feed is extremely robust, and gathers everything in one place. We had a great experience with onboarding and support as well. Easy to crowd source knowledge in a central location where everyone can easily search and locate competitors. Kompyte does a great job making it easy to keep battle cards updated. I can't think of anything significant, it can be difficult to get your teams to adopt new tools but that isn't kompytes fault. Would love to see integrations with SFDC. Kompyte allows you to create an extensive library of competitor insights in a searchable and digestible way. Sometimes comparing competitor features to your own company can be a bit confusing as it is not cut and dry as some competitors offer the features BUT only with specific plans, levels, etc. While the battle cards provide a great starting point, your sales team needs to be intimately acquainted with your top competitors' features to be able to explain and compare againist your own confidently. You can address pain points, provide competitor comparisons in real-time, and remove human error from the process. There is no more misremembering information or delivering the dreaded "I don't know their solution" or "Let me get back to you with some more information about how we are different than XYZ competitor." Kompyte tracks a variety of data sources per competitor, so I can check one site instead of 180+. Insight reports are a great way to keep everyone informed of important competitor changes. Customizable battle cards keep sales and customer success up-to-date on our strengths and objection handling. Competitor alerts let us know immediately of pricing or product changes. Paid search monitoring alerts us of any branded keywords in competitor ads. Frequent updates to improve user experience and add new features. Very helpful staff!
