The no-code approach means I can build and launch an in-app tour, onboarding checklist, or announcement widget entirely on my own in a matter of minutes, keeping content cycles fast. For integrations, the Google Sheets connection has quietly become one of my favorite research tools, because the NPS surveys and feedback forms pipe real, unfiltered customer language straight into a spreadsheet I can actually mine for copy insights, and that kind of direct line to how your audience talks is genuinely hard to put a price on. Performance-wise, the widget is impressively light; it never drags down page speed or disrupts browsing experience. Pricing is also competitive enough to convince my leadership to sign on without much thought. The ROI has also been impressive, especially when you factor in the time we're saving on development. And Kompassify is no different, the segmentation and multi-choice features a life-saver. **What do you dislike about Kompassify?** Honestly, the analytics side is where I wish there was a bit more depth. As someone who relies on data to validate copy decisions, the reporting gives you enough to work with but doesn't quite reach the level I'd want. Things like heatmaps or more detailed breakdowns within individual tour steps would make a huge difference. These aren't dealbreakers by any stretch though! **What problems is Kompassify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The core problem it solved for us was the gap between publishing something new and actually getting customers to notice or understand it. In e-commerce, you can launch a new feature, update a checkout flow, or introduce a loyalty program and still watch users stumble through it simply because there was no in-context guidance pointing them in the right direction. Emails get ignored, banners get dismissed, but a well-placed in-app tour or checklist that appears at the exact moment a user needs it is a different thing entirely. ### 2. The no-code builder lets you create and deploy onboarding experiences in just a few minutes without ever touching JavaScript, which means our team isn't pulling in developers for every minor update. For integrations, the Google Sheets connection was a standout for my workflow specifically, letting us collect structured user feedback across multiple touchpoints and funnel it directly into a spreadsheet for analysis with no middleware or scripting needed, and there's also an API available for more custom setups. We had no structured way to capture in-app responses at key touchpoints, which made it difficult to identify usability issues early in the QA cycle. Since implementing Kompassify and connecting it to Google Sheets, we now have a continuous, organized stream of user feedback feeding directly into our analysis workflow without any manual data wrangling, which has noticeably shortened the time it takes us to spot and prioritize issues. The no-code builder also solved a recurring bottleneck we had where any change to an onboarding flow or feedback widget required developer involvement, and now our team can deploy and iterate on those experiences independently in a matter of minutes. Performance-wise, we were initially cautious about adding another third-party widget to the UI given that some of our users are on low-end devices, but Kompassify has been virtually invisible in terms of load impact, which was a genuine relief.
