Overall, implementation was very easy - we switched from a competitor, and the whole rollout process took less than a week. On a regular basis, we find it easy to use and it satisfies our needs. **What do you dislike about Kombo?** Some HR systems are still missing, but they've been willing to implement when there is a real need. We wish we could acccess logs from the platform, which would make troubleshooting easier sometimes. **What problems is Kombo solving and how is that benefiting you?** HR integrations are a must for us and Kombo has saved us from having to implement and maintain these integrations ourselves. ### 2. We can therefore allocate resources to other projects internally but still grow in our pool of ATS integrations, which is super helpful. Whenever there are questions or problems coming up, their support team is super reactive and always helping us out (especially easy via Slack). Also their own platform is becoming more and more helpful with every release, allowing us to look up and solve a lot of questions on our own. **What do you dislike about Kombo?** As all systems are different there are still some edge cases that need to be taken into account and not all functionality works for all of the systems, though we did find a solution for most of them. Sometimes it would be helpful for us to get more insights and estimations for the upcoming roadmap and priorities but we're in touch here too. **What problems is Kombo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customers can - sync jobs from their ATS into our system - export incoming applications from our system into their ATS - and for most systems also sync the status of the application back to our system ### 3. The only thing I can think of is the the following. Very large systems don't allow full synchronisation yet. This can lead to certain edge cases that need to be handled.
