In turn, this helps us improve client retention and increase customer satisfaction. ### 2. It's valuable for reading candidate information and application details, and also fetching attachments to follow-up with our conversational AI agent. **What do you dislike about Kombo?** I think feeding candidate or application information back to the ATS is a challenge with Kombo. The flexibility to send data back to the ATS seems limited and feels like it's a one-way process. **What problems is Kombo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kombo helps me connect with ATSs from clients to read candidate applications and information. We can fetch attachments and follow up with our AI agent, making it a valuable tool. ### 3. Kombo takes care of those differences and makes our lives easier, so we can focus on getting real business value out of these integrations. ### 4. The experience was very developer friendly and enhanced with a great, personal customer success. We were up and running in legitly a week and continued to have a great relationship with the team to hit similar goals. A big plus is also the very profesional, well documented data processesing agreements you have, so compliance in more regulated environments do not become a big blocker. **What do you dislike about Kombo?** Honestly - not much comes to mind. Really loved the experience so far **What problems is Kombo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been looking for a direct HRIS integration to build workflows upon events that happen in those environments. Instead of coding all ourselves we've integrated with the major players in legitly a week and got listed in the marketplaces important to us in less then 2 months. Overall perfect for early companies and products. ### 7.
