Kolton is an AI sales and customer support agent built for Shopify stores. It uses connected product catalog, inventory and order data to answer customer questions across supported channels, including email, Instagram and Facebook messages and comments, WhatsApp and web chat. Channel availability depends on the plan and connected accounts. Merchants configure the agent’s rules and permissions, test responses against past conversations, and hand sensitive or unsupported cases to a human with the conversation context. Supported workflows include product questions, order-status support, comment moderation and cart recovery, subject to plan eligibility and platform messaging rules. Kolton uses flat subscription pricing with included monthly AI replies rather than per-resolution fees. A free plan is available, and paid plans start at $49 per month. Free, Starter and Pro pause AI replies at their included limits until an upgrade or the next billing cycle. Max includes 15,000 replies and continues beyond that volume without extra charges. Optional extra-store add-ons are priced separately.
