We know onboarding and day-to-day usability make a huge difference to whether the platform actually works for your team, and feedback like this helps us prioritise. On campaign structure: we understand the current setup can feel restrictive when you want a broader view of your creator relationships. More flexible ways to organise and explore data across campaigns is something we're actively working towards. On the initial setup: that's not the experience we want anyone to have. We've been improving onboarding and in-platform guidance, and your CSM can run a session with you to make sure you're getting the most out of the platform, just reach out.
I like that Kolsquare has a super user-friendly interface that is easy to use, which simplifies my everyday work and makes me work faster. A lot of trainings were available to simplify the usage, making the initial setup pretty easy. I am very happy with my experience on Kolsquare and our collaboration with Camille, who is in charge of our account. My team and I use Kolsquare daily to collect mentions of creators and to find new talents to contact. I appreciate the faster access to creator mentions as well as a talent database.
