It's also always very easy to get help if you have questions about the platform. I value being able to have insights about every influencer. **What do you dislike about Kolsquare?** The only thing I can think of right now is that when I request to add an influencer or an account, there doesn't happen anything. I tried to do it once, and it didn't get an update on the requested profiles that I wanted to add. Also, I'm not clear about the process—do they get a message saying that we want to have access to their profile in Kolsquare, and something like that. **What problems is Kolsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kolsquare helps us find influencer inspiration, check their stats, and track what influencers post about us. Thanks so much for your review and comment! To answer your question directly: when you request a profile to be added, our team processes it on the back end and adds it directly. The turnaround is usually fast, but we recognise the lack of visible feedback in the platform makes it feel like nothing is happening. Creators themselves don't receive any message from Kolsquare, as they have public profiles where data is displayed by default and visible in APIs social networks provide us with. This is already the case for creators above 5,000 followers, who are in the platform by default. Making this process more transparent and easier to follow is something we're actively working on. In the meantime, your CSM can give you a clear picture of how it works and where your request currently stands. ### 3.
