One of the main reasons that convinced me to start using Kolleno was the way in which they show the status of my overdue and due balance. There are two ways of visualising it. First one is by heading to the main dashboard but its quite simple. I am relatively new at using Kolleno to manage receivables and just as I started using it, they released the reporting feature. This feature allows me to basically download very specific reports regarding receivables and I can even schedule them on a daily basis (we process a lot of invoices on a daily basis) so it helps me to have a better understanding on whats going on with my client payments. Kolleno has been a game-changer for our collections process. With its AI capabilities, we no longer need to manually follow up with most clients about outstanding balances - Kolleno takes care of it for us. When clients do respond, we can easily respond back within the platform.

There's so much in Kolleno that you can do to help with AR. Best is the automated followup feature. It saves so much time, and I don't have to waste time reminding clients for payments. The email templates are also really professional. Since I started using the service, clients pay invoices faster and I get dozens of work hours back a month to do more useful things. Besides the fact that the automation for reminders works incredibly well, i also find very helpful the report section. I think it was a rather new update but i have set up 3 report cadences that arrive to my inbox every week, which allows me to paste the data into my books, not only saving time on chasing but saving time on bookkeeping too. For our customers/debtors viewing all statements (current & historic) plus being able to make online payments is a simple process. The billing experience is convenient for clients which means we get paid faster. I had a history of large clients that had high overdue balance and didn’t pay for over 200 days ( the invoice was escalated and I finally got paid). Kolleno helps as it takes old data from my clients and it tells me whether that client is likely to pay or not.
