It's not just about sending reminders and waiting for payment anymore - the personalisation options are a real game-changer. It lets us add our own touch to the messages, which makes them feel less automated and more human. **What do you dislike about Kolleno?** If there's one thing that disappoints me a bit, it's the reporting feature.It's great to have all that data available in the form of downloadable reports, but more in-built report formats would make life a lot easier. The one-click QuickBooks integration was a very nice touch, as it felt like it was smooth and had to wait little time. It felt like Kolleno was built to complement QuickBooks, pulling in all the invoice data without a hitch. So far, i am happy with the platform **What do you dislike about Kolleno?** While Kolleno is great, I wish they had more detailed tutorials or an expanded help section. There are a few features that I didn’t quite grasp initially. Having a more comprehensive guide would certainly make it easier to navigate the platform and maximise its benefits, and the help center is sometimes difficult to navigate. **What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us, Kolleno has been an absolute game-changer when it comes to handling invoices. It's like having an extra team member who's entirely focused on making sure the invoicing gets sorted. We no longer have to worry about forgetting to chase an overdue invoice or about letting anything slip through the cracks.
