**What do you like best about Kolbe?**

It shows deep understanding of the individuals tendencies under different circumstances.  Kolbe shows the strengths and weaknesses of the individual.  Kolbe also gives advice of things to do and not to do.

**What do you dislike about Kolbe?**

The Kolbe score is good but needs more detail.

**Recommendations to others considering Kolbe:**

If you are looking for something that gives feedback along with results, then definitely use KOLBE

**What problems is Kolbe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Kolbe I am solving the problem of initial interview questions.  After I see someone's Kolbe I can tailor interview questions or even see if they are in right for the job.
